Absolutely excellent. Much are then I hope for.

The designer came to our house in the beginning of November, and took our plans to bid off of. I called at the end of December and she said she was almost done with them and she'd give us a call. Still hearing nothing from her, I called back mid-January asking if she was done with our estimate and stating that we needed our plans back since it was our only copy. She kindly returned the plans that week and stated that the estimate would be done that Friday. That was 5 weeks ago and I still don't have an estimate. I called 3 weeks ago and left a message for her again, letting her know that if she did send the estimate, we didn't receive them. We have received no response. So, I would not recommend this company simply because they don't return calls. Even though it's their "off season" I wouldn't expect any company to take 3 months to return an estimate or 3 weeks to return a phone call!

We had another contractor quote this project. Createscape was hundreds and hundreds of dollars less. Multiple workers were on site for most of the day, and the job was complete. The site was left clean with no signs there was any equipment in our yard or on our lawn. They even worked around some plants that we asked them to save if they could. We may still use them this season to assist in the design and replanting of the cleared site, and also plan to have them back next spring to tackle the landscaping around the patio.

This company responded to my messages and called me back every time and when I was unable to call back they called again with no implied pressure just as a courtesy. They came to my house and gave me a very honest answer and guidance. They did not try to sell me on a project I did not need. Very friendly and professional.

We have been working with Createscape for over 10 years and the service has always been very good. Our lawn is maintained on a weekly basis, they have a schedule layed out for each season from mulching to airiation, weed control and planting. Always keeping our lot looking great. The snow plowing service has been the best i have received from any vendor in the 34 years I have been involved with the industry. All of our trucks have lift gates on them and it is extremely important for all of the snow to be removed away from the building to allow us to load our trucks safely. The crew does an excellent job every snowfall to assure this is done, they take the time to remove and replace our wheel chocks and double back during the day to clear out dock areas when empty.

I wrote good review right after the work was done in 2010 and was very happy then. I am reporting now that the work has 'held up' amazingly well! Only a very few plants succumbed this past winter (probably did not water well enough in the fall). People walking by my home frequently comment on how beautiful my yard looks. Credit goes to the designer, Missy, and her crew who graded and installed.

They were doing warranty work, so they didn't charge me anything. They were very prompt in remedying any issue I had. They were very good.

They were very helpful and did a good job. They were very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping. They took care of the plants I had planted already. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Missy was very prompt to meetings, pleasant and professional. The workers were courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. It required about 4 days to complete the job. I am very pleased with the results.

Appearance of the backyard was very good at the end of the work. However, this spring, 2008, all the weeds which were suppose to have been killed and a number of plants which were to be moved showed up in their original locations. We now have a wonderful patch of weeds in each of the beds which were suppose to be ready for spring planting. Looking back, the price seems excessive for what was accomplished. I would use this company again only if the pricing was right and with a complete assurance that they would correct anything which was not in accordance with our agreement.

QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCEPTIONAL, PAST THAT WE HAD OUR SHARE OF COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS WITH PROJECT MANAGER. JOB THAT WAS QUOTED TO BEGIN BY MID-MAY ENDED UP STARTING END OF JUNE. MY WIFE FEELS THEY OVER DID THE PLANTINGS FOR THE AREA THAT WE HAVE, AND WE COULD HAVE SAVED SOME MONEY IF THEY WOULD HAVE CUT BACK SOME, BUT THAT REMAINS TO BE SEEN IN THE COMING YEARS. 2 1/2 WEEK PROJECT TURNED INTO 5 WEEKS, AND STILL HAD PROBLEMS THAT WERE NOT RECTIFIED UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER!! I LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS EXPERIENCE - I WOULD TAKE A CHANCE ON USING THEM AGAIN, IF I COULD GET MY WIFE TO AGREE!

THE RETAINING WALL, ITS GRAVEL BACK FILL & YARD GRADING WAS FINE. THE FENCE ON THE WALL IS OK TOO, BUT THE CREW TOOK A LOT OF 30 MIN. BREAKS, AT LEAST 3 A DAY. IT WAS IN SEPTEMBER 2004 & THE WEATHER WAS MILD, SO IT WASN'T DUE TO HEAT. AND THE FENCE BETWEEN OUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE & OUR GARAGE HAS PROBLEMS AND IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST. THEY DIDN'T PLAN FOR THE SLOPE BETWEEN THE YARDS OR BETWEEN THE HOUSE & GARAGE. INSTEAD OF CHANGING THE BOARD LENGTH AS THE SLOPE WENT DOWN TO KEEP THE FENCE LEVEL ON TOP, THE BOARDS ARE THE SAME LENGTH & IT'S 1 FOOT OFF THE GROUND AT 1 END. FENCING ISN'T PARALLEL TO SUPPORT POSTS & 1 OF THEM RUBS OUR NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE. I NOTICED IT THIS SPRING. THEN THEY DUMPED MY BRICKS & LANDSCAPE STONES INTO THE BED BESIDE THE FENCE & BURIED THEM. WHEN I SPOKE W/ MISSY THIS YEAR SHE SAID IT'S COMMON PRACTICE, "IT'S CLEAN FILL" & THAT IF THEY'D KNOWN I WANTED TO PLANT THEY WOULDN'T HAVE DONE IT. BUT COME ON, IT'S A FLOWER BED. SHE WILL INSPECT IT IN OCT. 2005.

THEY CREATED A WONDERFUL PLAN, BUT IT WAS TOO EXTENSIVE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED FOR THIS PROJECT. PRICES SEEMED IN THE BALLPARK FOR WHAT THEY WERE PROPOSING, BUT TOO HIGH FOR US. WORKING WITH MISSY WAS DELIGHTFUL. WE WILL CALL THEM AGAIN IF WE HAVE A BIGGER JOB IN THE FUTURE.

(OWNERS: KELLY & MISSY) THE COMMUNICATION WAS SEVERELY LACKING, WE HAD ASKED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO QUOTE ON A SMALLER POND AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. THEY GAVE A BALL PARK FIGURE OVER THE PHONE, BUT NEVER SENT A FORMAL ESTIMATE AS THEY HAD PROMISED. THE RECEPTIONIST CALLED MY HUSBAND A NAME AND I DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THE LANDSCAPER, DAN, AND I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST TO HAVE HIM QUOTE ME ON A SMALLER SIZE POND BECAUSE MY HUSBAND FELT THAT THE LARGER POND WOULD HAVE PLACED THE WIDEST POINT TOO CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. SHE SAID "YOUR HUSBAND IS ON CRACK" AND WE JUST DIDNT UNDERSTAND. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND SHE WOULD NOT LET ME, NOR WOULD SHE GIVE ME THEIR LAST NAMES. SHE SAID HER NAME WAS BRENDA BUT IM NOT EVEN SURE ABOUT THAT.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD LISTENERS AND OWNER IS VERY ADAPTABLE AND GOOD AT HELPING FIGURING OUT THINGS.
