Premier Water Heaters

We got three price quotes for replacement of our 15 year old water heater, and Premier was the most competitive, as well as providing the best documentation of their services, products and prices. We were not in an emergency situation, but they still were here the next day, on time. It's nice to work with a relatively small family owned business that values their customers and the service they provide. For what it's worth, the other two quotes were nothing more than a phone call with a price. No documentation was provided, and in my opinion, they were hoping for an emergency call where getting it replaced quickly was the most important situation.

Water heater went out, saved about $500 buying Rheem from Home Depot and Premier is solely devoted to water heater installation. They picked up the new, installed it very tidily and then took away the old one. Very clean VERY PROFESSIONAL this being the only kind of plumbing/appliance they do. Unlimited recommendation.

Our experience was very good. We replaced our old water heater with a power vent model. They were quick to contact us and replied to questions promptly. The price was better than others. They scheduled and completed the job all in one week. They arrived on site on time, asked the right questions and kept us informed of our options for installation and progress. They left the work site clean and were very polite. They were pleasant to work with.

This was a fixed price that included pickup of water heater and all installation, with takeaway of old unit. On-time arrival, professional service. Excellent work. Was a fantastic experience. Joe Sr was great to talk to on the phone, not pushy but very helpful with lots of info and prices. Scheduled the install on our terms, and Joe Jr. was very professional, polite and personable. He went through all the specs of the water heater, and explained how to maintain it. I would suggest them to anyone who needs this type of service!

Talk to Joe on Saturday. And set up service for Monday. Set up repair for between 8 and 10 am. Joe was here by 9am service took about 1 hour. Joe took the time to explain things about my new water heater. Very happy . I would recommend.

I spent a few hours on the computer looking up information about water heaters, sizes, brands, etc. Decided to try Home Advisor. Premier was the only one to call me back after posting. More importantly they called me back within an hour after posting. I spoke to Joe Sr.. He asked me a lot of questions and I sent him some pictures of the current plumbing. I spoke to him on a Friday and he said they could come out on Monday. Pricing and the quality of the Rheem brand was what I was expecting. I was impressed by all the 5 star reviews so I agreed to let them do the work. Joe's son and his son were there as promised on Monday. A real family affair. They care about their company and the work/service they provide. Everyone was polite, considerate and extremely helpful answering all my questions. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done, including removing the old unit. The old unit's water connections were wonky and very crooked. They streamlined everything so there is now a straight and proper water connection. They went over all the details of operation and maintaining the water heater. They deserve all their 5 star reviews. I would highly recommend their service.
