They were out to replace my water heater in two days, completed the work in a timely manner and removed the old unit. They took time to discuss the operation and how to optimize performance and tweak the temperature for our usage.

Joe was up front and honest along with providing the best price by almost 50% since they don't mark up the water heaters. Install looked great when done and it was relocated to better utilize a tankless water heater.

They were very quick to respond (the very next day) The crew was on time very polite and respectful, quick but careful. I would recommend Premier Water Heaters to anybody looking to replace a water heater. We had an extremely old heater and pipes, and they replaced it with absolutely no issues. They are extremely professional, efficient, affordable, and the quality of work was amazing (left zero mess, took our old water heater so we didn’t have to haul it to the dump).
