We called Ben and asked questions about price of fixtures said we found same exact fixtures (same code, brand) considerably cheaper. Said he would up charge us the difference to install the same fixtures exact. Was extremely rude and unprofessional even when the plumbing rep for the fixtures said we should buy online for the price difference. Didn't inform us he wouldn't be doing the schedule work until 6 days before he was expected to start the plumbing. We are now going to have to push our new construction home out two more weeks because of this.
Description of Work: Needed a bid for new home construction and referred through our builder.
