Great responsive because it was before Christmas when they came out. The repair took about an hour, left area clean.

Furnace was operating erratic called the originalCleaned installer on the 30th of December and they said they would be there on the 3rd of January at 10:30am. On the the 3rd of January they showed up one and a half hous late. The service man was very nice did a great job repairing the furnace and picking up after himself. Will definitely call again if needed. The only negative I have is it would have been nice if he would have called early and informed me that he would be late.
Description of Work: Cleaned ignition probe, cleaned up furnace and installed new filter.

We contacted 4 Seasons to have our air conditioner units serviced, suspecting it was a low refrigerant level that was preventing proper functioning. They came out the same day and did the service promptly. No attempts were made at up-selling and the whole service call went appropriately. I'd happily call them again for our heating and cooling needs.
