Description of Work: 10/5/11 - update - Arrived home Weds 9/28/11 to finally find an estimate on my door. I had no idea they were going to be there that day. Still not sure I will do business with them. Called Able on 9/2/11 to request an estimate to raise the apron in front of our garage. The woman I spoke with stated that someone would be out next week and if no one was home they would leave the estimate on the door. I gave her our address and phone number. No one showed up or called to say they wouldn't be here. I called again this week, this time had to leave a message. Again, no return call or contact. This is not good customer service, if they didn't want to do the work, as a courtesy they could have called and given us a recommendation for another cement contractor.
