Riesen's Reliable Septic Svc

We had talked about a service and with out of town guests scheduled to arrive, I needed to get the service done. Riesen's "Reliable" took four days to return my call and then thought it'd be okay to just show up whenever. I live 2.5 hours away from the property and can't "just show up" at a tradesman's beck and call. While still waiting for a return call, on the fourth day, I had called another service that arrived within 45 minutes. The second service was done and gone before I even received the call back from Riesen. When he did call and I told him that I had called another service company because I hadn't heard from him in four days and my guests were arriving any minute. He got irate and after yelling at me on the phone he told me to "lose his number." I had also made special arrangements on the previous service calls to always have cash on hand for him "to avoid the bookkeeper." After prompt cash payments and being what I considered a good, repeat, customer, I was flabbergasted with his attitude and demeanor. Riesen's Reliable Service was anything but.

They were friendly. I didn’t have to be home for them to do the job. They left the bill on the door for me. They were here a couple of days after I called them. They didn’t tear up my yard when they did the work and they fixed the small yard area where they did the work.
