Randy did an excellent job. He arrived exactly on time and took good care of my house while he was there. His plumbing work was 'pretty' (if you can say that about plumbing work). He took great care to do the job well. He also cleaned up the area after he was finished. I will use him again and have already scheduled more work to be done.
Description of Work: Randy Whipple took out a 150 gallon 40 yr old water heater and replaced it with a new one. Along with this he also repaired a toilet and water supply.

Had a leak under the faucet in full bath, Mr. Whipple changed out the cold water valve that was leaking and checked the hot water valve and replaced that as well since it was getting worn and probably would have started leaking in the near future. This way it eliminated 2 service calls. Master bath shower drain had been leaking for quite sometime w/o us knowing until noticed ceiling in basement family room had a stain and the drywall was starting to crumble. We opened up the ceiling to find the leak so when plumber came over to fix it they had easy access to it. The drain was loose & the water was going down the drain as well as around it which caused the leaking into the ceiling. Mr. Whipple cleaned off the drain, retightened, re-putty & caulked it to eliminate future leaks. Mr. Whipple was pleasant on the phone when I called & spoke with him. He was here when he said he was going to be. He explained what he did on both plumbing problems and very nice to talk with. I was very pleased with the price of his services, felt he was very reasonable and very pleased with the whole experience with Mr. Whipple.
Description of Work: Repaired leak under bathroom faucet and repaired leak of master bathroom shower drain.

Arrived again on time & found a beautiful fixture at a decent price. He installed it and ended up being less than the $250-300 estimate we agreed to. A few days later discovered a light drip under the sink & called Whipple to report it. He came over right away (15-20min) and fixed the problem @ no charge. Been great since! Definitely keeping Whipple Plumbing as our GO TO plumber for any other future Plumbing needs.
Description of Work: After a bad customer service issue with a different plumbing company, I decided to look on Angie's List for a reputable company (should've started here). After calling Whipple plumbing we set a time later in the day to get an estimate to replace a very old leaky wide based bathroom faucet or possibly fix the existing fixture. He showed up on time, polite, professional, and gave us a brief estimate. He called back about an hour or so later with a more accurate estimate for replacement fixture & labor. I called back a few hours later & arranged a service appointment. Already better than my last plumbing experience.

Earlier in the month my tub drain trap started leaking. I called Whipple's and he arranged to be here the next morning at 10am - which is exactly when he arrived. The repair was done quickly (15 minutes) and at an incredibly low price. That is when I asked if he could replace a hot water heater at my son's house. No problem! I ordered the heater, he picked it up at the store, and arrived at my son's house exactly at 9am, as scheduled. The job was done quickly (1 hour), neatly (couldn't even tell he had been there), and he also insulated the copper pipes going to the heater - which had never been done before. The price was 1/2 what I thought it might be. I will use Whipple Plumbing for any plumbing problems from now on.
Description of Work: 1st call to my own house - the trap for my bathtub was leaking into the basement. This is a 23 year old manufactured home, which has always meant higher costs. Mr. Whipple had it fixed in 15 minutes! Then hired him to replace a hot water heater at my son's house.
