In order to repair the problem he had to excavate (by hand) the ground below the leak in order to access the damaged floor and make the necessary repairs and insulate the space. The work took most of the day and when done he explained what he had done. He restored the area and left everything neat and tidy. He and his son were great to work with and very professional."
