Terrible. They missed a lot of things.
Description of Work: We used them for snow removal and every time it snowed they forgot something. They forgot to shovel the front walkway and then they put salt on it. Next, they shoveled walkway but then didn't plow the driveways.

Snow removal is always tough but the crew does a great job getting around cars and obstacles. They can also get heavy machinery in when necessary to remove excess snow. As for the landscaping they have brought down many a tree for me in difficult areas without issue. They are very detail oriented and will leave the site better than when they started.
Description of Work: I have used All Service Specialists for over a decade now. They are great at snow removal and landscaping. I have used them for many landscaping projects and almost exclusively for plowing. Great team and attention to detail!

They were prompt. I thought the guy was knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting a part and I was out of heat for a while. It happened to be a cold week. I didn't hear much back and then, I had to call back. They didn't seem to know what part I was talking about. Then they were like, "Let me just check and see if we've ordered it," which at that point had been a couple of days. I really liked the guy doing the work. They followed up pretty quickly and they were like, "Oh yeah we got it. We're coming out today."
Description of Work: My heating went out. So I called them.
