 + 0 moreI have been using them for at least 20 years. I started using them because they were local and I knew people that were working there. They gauge how much you use, and when they think that you are ready to be filled again, they come out and fill you up. I have never had to call them in years since they just automatically come out and fill me up. I had once called another company because my neighbor was using somebody else and she was getting it for 10 cents cheaper. So, I called Como and told them that I was going to switch over to the other company because they were going to give it to me for 10 cents cheaper. Their supervisor called me back in about 20 minutes and said that they were not going to lose me for 10 cents a gallon since I had been a customer for a long time, and they lowered my rate. I have never had a problem on anything with them.
Description of Work: I use Como Oil and Propane of Minong for servicing my heating and propane supplies. They just come on a regular basis and fill me up. I had to have them come out on a service call for the furnace last winter.
