 + -1 moreI took the laptop in and in 1 and 1/2 days I had it back running like a top. This was an amazing thing as the ad virus I had was hacked on to it by some jerks in India and it was very hard to get rid of. They did it and in record time. Plus cleaned up some other garbage and a stuck update from windows that kept going in circles every time I turned the machine on. They have moved down the street in Woodruff from where they were but not hard to find. Call ahead for directions. Great guys doing great work

 + -1 moreWhen I brought the tower into the shop they were very courteous and assured me they would do their best to have it done quickly. They were true to their word. I received a phone call the next afternoon that my machine was ready for pick up. The cost was exactly as stated and when I got home I was a little confused as to how to connect a certain wire in the back. I called and the tech talked me through it immediately. Now my computer runs just great and if I ever need service again I will not even consider anyone else.
Description of Work: My Desktop was running slower and slower. It had Malware errors etc all over the place. I called Tech Geek and they said it would be $69 for the general cleanup. I also knew my memory was running low so for an additional $60 I had them expand the memory. When I brought the tower into the shop they were very courteous and assured me they would do their best to have it done quickly.
