ROBERT LOETHER REFINISHING

He did come when I called to see when I was going ot get this fixed - it was about 6 weeks since my last contact - Furniture store said 2 -3 weeks for part to come in. I called store and they said he did pick it up. Called and spoke to wife. He called early afternoon and said he would be there in 30 mins - came about an hour later than that. Took about an hour to repair. DIdnt work quite right when I tried it - he said it was because it was a new part (?) Looked at back of sofa - did not re attach the material. SAid it ws like that when he got there . I said yes, it was loosened to work on the recliner. Said he was not hired to fix that - only to install part. I had given him some brads at his request to fix this - said he left some of his tools in another vehicle. When he left I looked at "fix" material all bunched up and not smooth - call he back in - said it was not his responsibility to fix it - he said he would not argue with me - I said fine - then leave and he would be getting a letter from me. He said fine and left. Called me 10 minutes later - said he didnt feel right about the way we left it - would be back at a later time when he had his reupholstery told with him. I said that was perfectly fine. I do have pictures.
