The staff at Everest Custom Homes worked with us for several years while we were approaching retirement on various home layouts. They were very patient with many of our changes before signing a contract to build the new home. Owners Mark / Karen and builders Chad / John are professional, courteous and open to many changes during construction. When issues came up that the builders felt necessary for needed improvements, they always offered an alternative and associated costs for home owners to consider that would eliminate future problems. The staff took many photos during various stages of construction and forwarded them to us on a regular basis, since we lived 400 miles away. The construction timeline was kept on track and completion was reach slightly before the expected date. Since compeltion of the home, Everest Custom Homes has been very helpful with ordering additional construction materials and offered timely responses when professional help was needed. We are totaly satisfied with their work and enjoy living in our new home.
