Bob Beer responded immediately and over 2 months completely 100% new plumbing in our house and was fantastic to work with, responsive, professional and gave us tremendous confidence in doing a first class job!

We found the existing sump pump had failed and called Bob Beer Plumbing. He came out within an hour and installed a new one.

I initially was planning on replacing the water softener but Bob Beer suggested installing an iron filter first based on a water sample. Bob was great to work with. Very helpful, very responsive, very communicative.

I called Bob on a Tuesday and we scheduled Friday morning for the install. While on the phone I was able to give him a relatively accurate description of the current gas line configuration and the routing and distance involved and he gave me a rough estimate, which was reasonable. He arrived promptly Friday morning as scheduled. The work went smoothly, was done neatly and Bob did a thorough clean up. There were no surprises and the charges were the same as the estimate. Bob was courteous and professional. I will definitely call him back for future work.
