 + -1 moreLoved the job and price. The other shoe has now broken and because the shoes are leather it is worth having fixed. Yes I will take them back to Bob to fix. VERY happy with the serivce and tell everyone about him.
Description of Work: I had a great pair of leather sandles and the center toe piece pulled out. He had to remove the covering on the foot of the shoe and replace the toe piece and replace the foot covering. You would never know this was taken apart and fixed. Love the job

Description of Work: What an unexpected surprise to find a shoe repairman right here in the Northwoods. Bob is retired from the DNR and is an avid fisherman, so along with being a great cobbler he'll provide excellent conversation. I had new heel pads put on so that I wouldn't slide on hard wood surfaces and I'm pleased to say that I've been skid free ever since. Bob has a nice clean shop and won't let you leave without being completely sure that you will get what you asked for. He showed me a pair of motorcycle boots that were much loved by their owner but were worn down on the boottom from the foots shifting action. Bob added a new sole piece and they looked as good new.
