+ -1 moreI contacted the contractor initially by phone to set up an appointment to get an estimate on retaining wall work. Followed up with an email with all the information, including date and time and directions to our house. Contractor said someone would be over on a Friday at noon. No one showed. I contacted him again to schedule another appointment. Again, no one showed. Did not even receive a call that something else came up or that he would need to reschedule. Total waste of our time.
Description of Work: Had 2 appointments for a retaining wall estimate. Contractor did not show up for either of them, nor give a call to inform us he couldn't make the appointment. Total waste of our time.
