Description of Work: Replaced 19 windows in my house. After the project our house was so much quieter and air tight. This winter our house was warmer and did not have any cold air coming through. Enjoyed the quote process as there was no pressure to buy.

Description of Work: Zen Windows worked with my schedule and provided quality service. The price above was for 19 windows (purchased as part of deal) and they are great. The job was done rather quickly and there was minimal intrusion into my daily schedule. The owner is a great guy and very easy to work with.

Description of Work: Zen Windows installed a beautiful energy efficient patio door. It was a standard size opening and did not need any modification other than a new sill plate which I provided and they screwed into place for us. We had gotten a quote from a big box store for three times that amount because they said the opening was non-standard and the door would have to be custom made, which was not accurate. A similar standard door from the big box store would have cost more not including the installation. | |The installer was very good at his trade. He had a helper that worked at his direction removing screws, holding the door, etc. while he did the real work. The job took just slightly longer than expected because they had a glass window removed from a prior job that fell over and broke in the trailer, so some clean up was required so they could work safely. When they were done with the install they cleaned up after themselves very well. All seams were sealed properly to prevent air infiltration. Overall a very professional job for a great price.

Description of Work: Brad, the owner was very professional.Returned calls promptly. Scheduled the installer within a couple days to take measurements. The patio door was very nice looking. The only negative was the 2 installers arrived an hour early when I told them I would not be home before a set time. They had to sit around and wait and I could tell the younger man was not happy that he had to waste his time.

Description of Work: Promptly set up appointment for measuring and ordering 2 sliding glass doors. When doors arrived, they set up a time at our convenience for installation. The installation went very smoothly and was done to our complete satisfaction. The workers cleaned up everything when they were finished and we are very happy with our new doors.
