Dan and Joe replaced an older skylight in our bathroom. Every one we worked with was very professional. They took such care with placing the ladders on the house and walking the roof. They cleaned everything up before they left. It was a good experience. The new skylight has been through two heavy rains recently and all is great.

Responded promptly to my inquiry. Provided a timely quote and upon my go-ahead he ordered the replacement windows and scheduled the installation. Everything went smoothly and after one of the worst downpours I can recall, there was no leaking !!! What a relief.

Very well after warranty settlement was concluded. All have been leak proof to date with a lot of heavy rains for testing !

I am writing to describe my experience of - and provide my opinion about - the communication of Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions LLC. I found this company online through the Velux website. Velux features an and quot;installer locatorand quot; on its web site and Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions LLC is described by Velux as a and quot;Five Starand quot; installer. The description of and quot;Five Starand quot; service on the Velux site reads as follows: and quot;This company specializes in VELUX products and has achieved our company's highest standard of certification as an independent installer of our product. This company has the ability and desire to assist you with all of your VELUX product needs.and quot; The Velux site also has an internal email messaging system for communicating directly with approved installers including Wisconsin Sunlight Solutions LLC. I used this feature to send an inquiry to WSS. I didn't hear from anyone and, after a few days, I called WSS directly and left a message for a return call. I had no response, so I sent an email directly to WSS from their site. No response. Since then, I have left five messages for return calls, primarily on voice mail (the telephone has been answered by a live person only once, and that person sounded very bored and completely uninterested in speaking with me); and, in this entire time, had only one voice mail messaged response by someone who asked me to call him (which I did, twice, but - alas - again with no follow through by WSS). Given this level of and quot;serviceand quot; prior to engaging this company for professional services, I can only suppose how difficult it would be to work with them in any larger capacity. WSS clearly has little interest in serving the public - so much for the VELUX statement that and quot;This company has the ... desire to assist you...and quot;
