Description of Work: Owner seemed to be very knowledgeable about insulation and took a lot of time to discuss the situation with me over the phone, which were great attributes! The issue was that he did not show up for not one, but TWO appointments to receive a quote. The first time, he did call me back after I questioned why he did not show up after I made the effort to off time from work and be at the house to go over, since he would not meet after 5pm. OK, no problem. He apologized and said he was very busy and forgot. OK, I can understand. We then we arranged for a second appointment, which again, he failed to show up after I took off work again. Furthermore, he did not call me back after I again reminded him that we had an appointment that he failed to show up for. I can give most anyone a second chance, but not three.
