Professional, fair cost

very small job - repairing woodpecker holes in cedar siding. Minimum charge was a bit high for 30 minutes worth of work - $250.

On time for initial evaluation. Explained problem and offered solution. Work performed ahead of schedule. Workers also on time, completed project and cleaned up area. Very satisfied. My first experience with this company and I will use them for future projects

We wanted a new front door. Their representative was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. The installation was done quickly and expertly. Considering the cost of such a project, the overall result was very satisfying.

Wetzel's did our flat roofs, shingle roofs, gutters, siding, all of our windows and doors and a large deck with three season room. Every aspect was done well, almost over board, to ensure it was done correctly. Peter was great to work with. The teams that worked on the projects were courteous, considerate and professional. I chose Wetzel's because it looked like they could do all the different things on the house and they had consistent high ratings here. I can say with certainty they can do everything and do it well.

I met with Peter at my home and went over roof leak problem with him. I was satisfied with his explanation of why the roof was leaking and his price and hired Wetzel's Home Improvement to make the repair. They were here when they said they would be, and did an excellent job on the repair. It rained two days later so I checked the under side of the roof for leaks, there were none. They completed our roofing in a very timely manor. They were in and out in one day, and did a very good job. Only minor complaint was a few nails etc that were left behind, which I am guessing is just par for the course. They can't be expected to find them all! We had their work inspected after it was completed because we were refinancing and the inspector gave them excellent marks. I will be happy to use them again.

I received a response back from Mr. Wetzel immediately and we were able to schedule a time to come out and take a look at the leek. He was right on time, diagnosed the problem, and contacted his team who were at my house in 15 minutes to fix the problem. Thanks guys!
