Very knowledgeable and courteous. Did the work they said they would in a professionally manor and had it done in the time they said they would. I know it took a few weeks to get to the job, but I also know they were very busy at the time. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof because of the winter weather we have had.

Took a long time to get going, they were a little behind due to how many orders that they had. They communicated this to us right from the onset to it was no surprise. Project is almost complete. We love teh overall results and drastic changes that we did that they did for us!!!!

Very knowledgeable regarding roofing, gutters, fascia, and siding, especially in terms of how all of those come together at the roofline. Offers a quality product for the median price.

They show up on time and performed the work as planned. Work took less time than estimated and bill was reduced from Estimate!!! Reasonable and fair!!!

The Wetzel's are excellent people to work with. They met all my needs. Although they sub-contracted the majority of the work, it was nice to have someone else coordinate the work to be done. Tom was always helpful and polite as were all of his employees and sub-contractors w/ the exception of the electricians. Since the electricians were recommended by the Wetzel's they even went to bat for me to help straigten out those issues. (I still need the electrical finished.) At this point I am 99.5% happy with all the work done. Only minor cosmetic issues to go, but I know the Wetzel's will stand by their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
