We Clean Carpets

First issue was the tech forging my credit card signature on the tablet! I never saw the itemized charges until I was emailed a receipt after he left. I would have questioned the necessity and dispute some charges. He didnt move furniture that should have been. He also didnt use the “necessary” sanitizer for the highly trafficked hallway I presume because hallways were free. The carpet doesnt even seem clean. I also had to pick up debris the tech said was my cats hair that “the machine cant pick up”, but was actually carpet fibers left by the equipment. I discussed issues with a manager who said he would come out and check bill and the service. He never showed. Then later I get a call that someone would be out as just finishing one place and again never showed and no phone call. Since, I haven't managed to get a manager on the phone. Obviously management is no more reliable then the service tech. I do not recommend this company.

BEWARE!!! This company is a rip off!!! They quoted me one price to clean my carpets and then doubled it when they arrived. The equipment they used is archaic and I did not see any chemicals being used. Once done they left wet carpet behind and once dried it was still dirty. I called them back multiple times and they showed up but did nothing to resolve the still dirty carpets.

The guy that they sent here just got out of prison for 12yrs and he stole from me while cleaning the carpet ,he stole $210.00 and it was my prescription money , I’m disabled ! I contacted the company was Directed to talk to the service manager which he would not give me his name ? But when I talked with him he apologized 100 times over told me they would take care of the problem and they would reimburse me not to worry ? After two weeks I’m trying to talk with this man ,the service manager which is impossible .he decided to call me today and told me I was nuts that was a retarded and I don’t know what I was talking about and that he’s not gonna take care of any of my losses ? And I have to go back after his employees to cover my lost money? Did I mention after three days it took the dry the carpet it was still dirty as it was when he got here! They Must not teach carpet cleaning in Prison ? It might have been better if he has spent more time cleaning the carpet in stead of scoping out my house ? The service manager gave me the employees name and phone number I contacted employee and I was threatened i do anything he’ll retaliate , I went to the police anyway I filled a report . I have Stanley steamer cleans my carpet every three months without a problem and they get a clean without problem I thought I would try this company but I made a big mistake please don’t follow my footsteps and don’t believe a thing to tell you !! Now the service manager is trying to tell me that he wasn’t ever in my house?? I have a receipt for there lack of service they did here !! I’m not a retarded guy like the service manager called me , i’m just a ****** off disabled Marine DON’T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the way they organize their appointments and they clean carpets really well. Their carpet cleaning is exceptional. You have a choice to choose between portable or to use your own water from your house, which I prefer. My water is extremely hot, so it gets better results than when I call another carpet cleaning provider and they use warm water. I don't know what kind of heat they use. I can't criticize but I know my hot water, it cleans the carpet way, way much better. They're coming this year but I've been so busy I haven't been able to schedule.

The guy doing the work I found out was a trainee. The supervisor showed up about 20 minutes in and brought an additional trainee. All 3 were very professional, moved the couple things I wasn't able to move on my own, made sure that there were towels underneath the chair and couch that had metal and wood, and were VERY personable. Everything was almost dry 12 hours later, however, I waited until the next morning to put everything back.

Hired this company to clean a lightly soiled used sectional we bought. They ruined it. Used dirty water and left it dirtier than before they came, stretched the material and ruined it, got water all over my new wood floor and basically gave me a real nightmare!! They offered to come out and do it over, but I called another cleaner out to see if they could save the sectional (a nationally known competitor) and they told me it was ruined and could not be saved so I declined. I stopped payment on my check so they forged an EFT on my bank account. I would strongly recommend you check with the Better Business Bureau before using this company. You will get all you need from them!!

I am very unhappy with them. They were supposed to be rated number one but it took them 2 days to dry my carpet and put my furniture back. I couldn’t put my furniture back until Sunday. I would not recommend them and I would suggest people find someone else. We have a dog and everybody else who cleaned our carpets did a good job but this guy we had to go after him to clean the dog hair out of the hedges. He just cleaned around the carpet. I expect my carpet to be cleaned and not just the traffic area. I moved everything out for him and he didn’t have to move a thing. The only thing I didn’t move was our dinning room chairs and he didn’t move those to clean under the dinning room table. We called their customer service line thrice and no one responded to it. We are done with them. I am good at networking and if I find a great service provider I tell everyone about it and if I don’t I make sure to do the same. The price was fair. If the job was done right it would have been a fair price but because it was not done I think it was not. I wouldn’t have paid anybody to do what he did. If he did a great job it would have been a fair price. Their responsiveness was bad and they didn’t respond to our calls. He was here on time to do the job.
