+ -1 moreThe company representative never showed up for our appointment. He never called to cancel or say that he could not keep the appointment.
Description of Work: I made an appointment with Homevesters (We buy ugly houses) to evaluate a home I inherited. I'm not sure if this location is affiliated with the person I spoke with or not as that information was not given to me. The day of the appointment, the representative, Rob, never showed up, never called me or left any messages at my contact numbers. At the time I did speak to him I asked if I would receive a written document of the quote he would give to me. He told me no, he does not do that. I have heard rumor that this company is not reputable and should not be trusted. But, I needed to find out for myself. I would not do business with any one associated with Home Vestors or We buy ugly houses.
