They came within 24 hours and did a great job. Price was comparable to other folks but service was faster!

On the free estimate they determined it was a simpler fix for them so he simply repaired the pipe and just charged what would be a trip charge.

I think I may have found him on Angie's List. did excellent work and were very responsive and kept in touch as far as when they would be arriving. they were very easy to work with. It took them about an hour at the most to troubleshoot. The work was perfect. The area was left very clean after he left.

They have also been excellent. We've used them for years, they are our plumbers. They have been extremely reliable, they do good work. I've never had a problem with any work they've done, ever, in thirty years.

Absolutely “A” on everything! If I have a problem with somebody, I don’t have them come back, real simple. These are people that I have used before and I have been very happy with their services. These are people that I have dependent upon before and they have never let me down. We have got them coming in next week.

They never quoted us like we asked. Our fault for still going with them. They charged us $128/hr for work even when they left our house to go to the shop to get parts. I called and tried to get a breakdown when I got to speak to Vince himself. He began by yelling at me...not too professional. Then he finally took one hour of labor off. The tech was knowledgeable but not sure I would use them again. If you do, make sure to track the hours and get a quote ahead of time.

There were different things done and things got real complicated, we had just inherited the house that we are in and there were things that needed to be fixed.

They get straight A's. I would use them in the future.

A very nice plumber came out to the house and checked the valve. He told me that the valve was connected to the boiler and I should have a boiler guy come out and look at it. Was extremely helpful and nice. While he didn't do the work, I would call them again in an instant if I needed a plumber. Honest is extremely valuable.

The plumber constantly talked to me about gun ownership. He thought I should not be a liberal and become a conservative that loves guns. I found him ridiculous. I don't need a lecture from someone I hired to be a plumber. It was snowing the day he came by. Every hour he stopped working to brush off his truck. The job cost me so much more with him spending 20 minutes every hour removing snow. I'm now having my kitchen remodeled and have to re-do what he did. I will never hire this company again.

Contacted Vince Ingrilli & Sons Plumbing through Angie's list website. They called back promptly and set an appointment later that week. the plumber on site was early which was great. He went right to work. Once complete he cleaned up the sink and was on to the next stop. Went as i expected and I will be using them in the future.

Vince was responsive and was able to get the heater replaced a week after I called him. It wasn't an emergency, so the timing was fine. Jeff, the plumber was professional and the finished installation looks great. Jeff installed shutoff valves to make future work easier as well. I would recommend Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing without reservation. If you want the job done right, at a fair price and on a reasonable schedule, they are the guys to call.

Hey homeowner, this is exactly what you need: a plumber who acts like he's your brother. Your very efficient, reliable brother. Plumbing problems can be super stressful and these guys counter that with a great customer experience. I called their office line at 9:30 pm in a panic over a drain backing up in the basement, hoping they had an emergency number. They didn't, so I didn't leave a message. Vince Ingrilli called me about 10 minutes later anyway (thank you caller id). He explained how to get through the night without further problems and said he'd call me at 7:30 am to arrange a service call, which he did. His plumber arrived exactly when promised and cheerily tackled a disgusting job. I've used Ingrilli 5 or 6 times now .. 100% happy.

We did not end up doing the project for financial reasons. However, our experience with this company was just great. They were responsive, contacted me as scheduled, followed up, and were respectful the whole time.

If you live in an old house (mine was built in 1939) you hope the water pipe/lateral the brings city water into your home never ruptures or breaks. But with an old home, pipes do break. I realized this when I saw a small pound forming on my front lawn. I called the City of Milwaukee to take a look and they said my water pipe was leaking. The choice in such situations is to replace it or patch it. If you patch it, the chances are that it might rupture again at another place along the water line. If you fix it, you are spending some serious money. Well, let me say, either way you will be spending some serious money. The city give you 30 days to fix the leak; and anything from the curb inward is your problem. I immediately called Vince Ingrilli Plumbing and we discussed the options. Vince was incredibly responsive and (in my view) very hones, and sympathedict. I greatly appreciated his point of view. This all happened during a very cold snap here in Milwaukee. This was not the kind of job where one gets a lot of time shop around, gather a bunch of estimates and then reflect on what to do. This is a job that had to get done.. I trusted Vince Ingrilli and told him so. He did a great job and let me say, this is BIG job.

The whole process of replacing the hot water heater went very well. I'm pleased. I called the company around 11am stating that I had water leaking from the top of my hot water heater. They were able to come out by 12:45pm to inspect it. It needed to be replaced. He was able to replaced it right away. He provided me two size options for replacement but let me choose without any pressure. He starting working immediately taking apart the old one water heater. Another member from the company came by to drop off the new water heater. It was a very painless and efficient process. After completing the job, the plumber went down showed me the values and answered a few questions that I had. He was friendly and clean up after.

Fantastic experience--replaced my water heater the same day after old one developed a leak. Would definitely use again for plumbing needs.

It was Sunday evening and my kitchen sink clogged. I searched Angie's List for a plumber that would come out on Sunday evening and found Vince Ingrilli & Sons Plumbing. I called the phone number listed and left a message explaining my issue. Within ten minutes I received a call back and the gentleman on the phone stated they could come out but the price would be double (after-hours). I asked about the Angie's List discount and he said yes - 5%. I agreed and was stated an approximate wait time of 1.5-2 hours as the plumber on call was at another customer's home. After about 45 minutes my doorbell rang and the plumber was there! He asked to see the kitchen, I explained the issue (too much spinach too fast down the disposal) and he quickly went to work. I watched him work and he showed me how to unclog any similar issues in the future. He collected the clog in a pan and tossed it outside in the grass. After the clog was taken care of the plumber cleaned up underneath the sink and answered a few questions I had about maintaining the disposal. The plumber was nice, provided me a receipt, and let me know the company would send an invoice for payment in the mail. A few days later I was sent an invoice, however it did not include the Angie's List discount. I called and the woman on the phone quickly adjusted the invoice and verbally stated my new amount due. Overall I learned what not to due in the future, the first thing to check if I do, and a few maintenance tips for my disposal. An expensive lesson that I hope to not repeat!

Technician arrived late he wasnt going to remove his shoes if I didn't request him to do so. His appearance was unacceptable, unkempt. He was at.my home for approximately 20 minutes, shopped vac the drains and was out the door. He returns to present me a invoice for 140 dollars. Finally I get a phone call demanding payment for "services" rendered. I am extremely disappointed with this organization fee structure, and lack of professionalism. I would not utilize there services again.

They did an excellent job on a challenging situation with an old tub and stopper. I have always been very please with Vince Ingrilli's service, quality, and professionalism.

It went well...the provider replaced the old broken pump with a new one. Was there for maybe 20-30 minutes My only complaint is I was charged $124 for an entire hour when the provider was at my home for no more than 30 minutes. I understand driving and all that, just a little frustrating.

Perry showed up on time and was neat and professional. He explained what he needed to do, did it, and didn't leave a mess.

They did a great job. They were reasonable on what they did. I would definitely recommend them to others. They did it pretty quickly, cleaned up and took away the old toilet. They were very professional.
