I was able to contract the job over the phone.. I did not have to pay for or waste time with an a “service “ call. The job was done the next day.

I called after hours and spoke to Vince. He said that he would send someone out by noon the next day. He gave me a quote over the phone that was competitive with another estimate I got over the phone. The plumber came out before noon as promised and replaced the water heater. He was prompt, professional and friendly. This was for a duplex I own in Tosa. That was six months ago and the water heater is still working fine. I will certainly have them come out when I need to replace the other water heater.

same day response/service. quality professional service. good price. will call again next time a need plumbing work done downtown for sure.

Good, worked fast, cleaned up after himself

It went well... I had my tenant call and it was just a tightening of the nut, which depressingly cost me the minimum $141.51 for a visit for the few minutes they were there.

Excellent. The price quoted was what I paid. They were punctual and professional. I later had an emergency and they had someone to my house in half and hour! I was so relieved and would absolutely use them again. Their prices seem very fair and honest.

It turned out replacement was not needed, repaired the existing unit. fine, cost of service call seemed high, but was balanced by savings on the replacement faucet

They did some work for me. They were pretty good. They found a clogged water line. It was lowering the hot water pressure in the unit and wasn't getting to the showerhead and one of the other bathrooms. They actually solved the problem. I had a couple of other plumbers try and couldn't figure it out. We talked about the problem extensively. They had as a last result of going into the wall and pulling out dry wall. The other plumber I had talked wanted to do that first. I said no there ha s to be a better way. So they trouble shot it and found the clog a different way and changed out some pipes and got it done. They look at me when I talk to them and adhere to my constraints of the job was going to be done.

The work itself was fine, and the worker was professinal. However, the billing procedures are misleading. I was billed for much more time than the actual work, and it was explained very rudely to me over the phone. It was not appropriate, the guy was a total jerk. I would never use them again.

Great. We called them on a Sunday, they answered right away and talked us through the problem. They helped us avoid a costly weekend charge and called right away Monday morning to come over and fix the problem.

The plumber was professional, and the work was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more! I felt for the time/service performed, the rate was reasonable. Would hire again.

I know plumbers are expensive. I keep using them, so I was satisfied with them, and then when I switched and went to another plumber, I wasn't so satisfied with them.

Each time I spoke to Vince, he was very polite and helpful. He provided me with an accurate quote and had a service person come out at the first available opportunity. As it turned out, the problem was with the old faucet but the plumbing was actually fine. The service person initially seemed a bit "put out" when he arrived because he said he thought that we would have pulled the old sink out before he came. That was never part of the discussion that I had with Vince; only that I had purchased a new sink that I wanted installed. Once he started working, I needed to leave so my husband remained with him. Ultimately, he did a nice job although he did not have a black insinkerator insert with him for the garbage disposal to match the other basin fixture that we had provided. We ended up having to rip it out ourselves to replace the steel one that he had installed several days after he had left.

Not as expected, outcome was not what was discussed.

It went great! I called Vince to arrange for a quote and got voice mail so I hung up thinking I would call back later. To my surprise Vince called me within minutes of me hanging up - I was impressed by the follow up. I had other quotes and they catered to my concern about running out of hot water and using 2 tanks. Vince's technician presented a great argument for going with one tank and argued against 2 tanks. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and everything was cleaned up. I was very impressed by the whole experience!

Everything went well, from the initial contact to the first visit (to get an estimate) to the actual work, which was done by the same plumber who came to my house for the estimate. This contractor's price was not the lowest, but it was only a bit higher than the lowest price. You can be sure that quality work will be done by a well-trained, experienced union plumber.

I called due to their high rating on Angie's List, someone answered the phone right away and they were able to schedule time the next day. I came home from work early to be home for my 1-3 window, and didn't receive a call until 3:05 that the plumber was on his way. He arrived at 3:15 and snaked the drain in 25 minutes. So I was very surprised to see that my invoice I received was for one hour and fifteen minutes, and that when I called I was informed after the fact that I had to pay for travel time AND round up to the nearest hour of work performed. This plumber wasn't any better than any of the other A rated plumbers I have used on Angie's List, and if they intend on gouging customers for simple house calls I would not recommend using them.

Two different technicians - both punctual, professional, and knowledgable. We were very happy with the work on both occasions.

The plumber announced that he was going to replace the faucet. When I asked him why he thought it should be replaced rather than repaired, he said that because the faucet was quite old, a repair was unlikely to hold up for very long; he also stated that a repair would only be warranted for a year but a replacement would carry a longer warranty on the faucet itself--he said 4 years, but I never received any paperwork showing any warranty at all. (He brought a faucet into the house when he arrived, so I assumed that his standard operating procedure was to replace the faucet rather than repair it.) The faucet replacement was accomplished quickly and without difficulty. Cleaning out the kitchen sink drain, however, was a very lengthy, messy, and expensive ordeal. He initially tried to accomplish this from directly under the sink, but he couldn't get the snake to go down. After multiple attempts, he then removed the clean-out plug located on a large drain pipe in the basement. Black, greasy material ran down the wall and spattered numerous items near that section of the wall and floor. He was eventually able to clear the obstruction with a motorized snake, but only after the equipment malfunctioned and he had to take it outdoors to repair it. While he was flushing the drain pipe with a lot of water, we noticed that water had begun to drip down into the basement from the kitchen; when he opened up the panel at the back of the kitchen sink cabinet, we observed that a leak had developed in the wall on the arm for the kitchen sink. He cut out the leaky section, replaced it, and tested it. He instructed me to leave the area open for a couple of days before installing new insulation to replace the wet portion that he removed. He did a pretty good job of cleaning up after himself (for a guy), but he did track several spots of the black, greasy debris onto my carpeted stairs and ground it into the carpet by walking over it several times; he did not remove this. He was at my house for slightly less than three hours. The visit cost me $483.54 after the 5% Angie's List discount ($78 was for the faucet itself).

I've used them for years. It was a reasonable charge. I prefer to use people who do good work and I pay more for it. They're usually less than I expect. There was one worker who came to do the work. The worker was professional.
