Job went smoothly replacing the disposal although was met with an unexpected drain clog that Tom (who is very nice and knowledgeable) was able to fix with no problem. I have used Vince twice now and will call him again to take care of a few things in the near future. If you want honest and quality work do not hestitate to call Vince.

Wax ring replaced in toilet; new garbage disposal installed in sink. All went well. Very professional gentleman. Quick, efficient, cleaned up after himself.

The owner, Vince Ingriili, answered my questions when I called to schedule an estimate, setup date of service, as well as after, when I wanted to verify warranties. I would defintely hire again as well as recommend to my condo neighbors.

Plumber replaced toilet, but that was not the source of the leak. The leak was coming from the pipe over the toilet area which was for the outdoor faucet. After the repair, I called Vince Ingrelli and explained the problem. He assured me he would call back after he spoke to the plumber- but never did because he was already paid.

Contacted via website late at night. Received a follow up email from Vincent the following morning who then gave me a call to set up an appointment. Was able to get a plumber out within the week. Perry was our plumber who arrived right on time and was very friendly. Explained what he believed what the problem was, fixed the leak then also rebuilt the toilet to fix a running water issue. Overall the entire fix only took 1.25 hours. Everything looks and runs great! I am very satisfied with the work performed.

Work was scheduled for a day we had a snow storm. Got a call 90 min after workman was to show up - a family member had been in an accident. (I totally get this- it was NASTY weather!!!) They asked if it was still a convenient time to come. Arrived shortly thereafter, quickly assessed the issue and resolved it. Cleaned up after themselves. Really happy with the work.

I was impressed with the integrity and efficiency of the workmen. I am so happy with their work. I will be hiring them again for other needed work.

Responded to my email request over the weekend but I decided to wait until Monday since the weekend rate is twice of that charged during the week. They got here pretty much on time, got the line unplugged and everything working pretty quickly. Was careful to put down tarps, etc, so as not to make a mess.

Matt arrived, immediately assessed the problems and rebuilt the sink fixture. Everything was done to a high level, and he was done in an hour and a half. Very clean and professional. I would definitely hire them again without question.

They were very professional, communicated well, showed up on time and did a very nice and quick job to first fix our outdoor spigot and then we called again when we needed to have our water heater replaced. The price was fair and was competitive with other quotes we received. We were very happy overall with the service.

Hair caught in the drains....or faucets dripping and you can't seem to find the source...well this company has always come to the rescue for me. And it's always urgent too. But they are able to come for me and it'w worth the effort. Water is a precious commodity - we all pay for it. They took care of the problem and very well.

We thought more powerful snaking and cleaning than we could do on our own would clear out existing old pipes and drains. We called Vince Ingrilli Company, received a quote and booked an appointment. All went to plan and we are happy with our cleaned-out kitchen and laundry room plumbing.
