+ -1 moreThe plumbing to the washing machine is a bit odd and I dreaded having the whole wall opened up to fix/replace it. Jeff spent a bit of time trying to figure out a solution that would not involve ripping up my laundry room and still meet code. I fully expected to have the wall ripped up and have a mess on my hands, but he was able to complete the work and meet code by replumbing thru an adjacent cabinet. Jeff cleaned up after himself very well and was able to get enough of the old valves out from the wall so that I can replaster over it. Vince Ingrilli Plumbing has always done an excellant job. They have very smart plumbers!!
Description of Work: They replaced leaking laundry tub valves and replumbed water supply. They repaired a dripping sink faucet and leaking drain piping under the sink.

+ -1 moreThey are very professional. Everything was well-coordinated. The people actually doing the work were courteous, professional and cleaned up well. Vince's office got the information to our insurance agent in a timely fashion, which did save us some money. They are excellent for a complex job like this. We had had another firm come to diagnose and possibly treat this problem and they were so daunted by the task that they never came or called back.
Description of Work: We discovered stains on our living room ceiling that were likely coming from an upstairs bathroom. Vince Ingrilli Plumbing came out, took the initiative to drill the holes in the ceiling needed to diagnose the source of the leak, a shower drain pan that had previous been mis-installed. They coordinated all the work that had to be done such as shower doors removed, old tile in shower floor removed, new drain pain place;. new tile work in shower, shower doors re-hung. They used excellent subcontractors. This was a complex job and was completed in little over a week. Vince pointed out that some of the repair work could in fact be covered by our homeowners insurance, which wound up saving us considerably.

Description of Work: I had a plumbing emergency with water coming through the ceiling into the hall and kitchen from the tub upstairs. This company came within two hours. The plumber had a very difficult task because it was necessary to remove a section of ceiling and wall to reach the trap and replace the pipes. He was professional, efficient, neat and polite. He worked steadily for 2 1/2 hours and completed the task.

He did a great job, exactly what I expected. He was prompt and worked quickly. He worked the way you expect somebody to work when they are charging by the hour. They are not the cheapest out there but I feel I got my money's worth. I would absolutely hire them again.
Description of Work: Installed a handheld personal shower. Replaced some pipes and installed 2 shut off valves.

He replaced it with new plastic pipe and tested it for leaks. I thought the charges were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work and will recommend them to others.

+ -1 moreVery good. Plumber came out on Monday and fixed problem in a timely manner. However, he didn't clean the shower head and water did not spray correctly. So, we called back and someone was sent out to correct the problem without additional charge.
Description of Work: Shower handle broke and could not turn off water. Shut off valve in basement broke and couldn't be turned completely off.

+ -1 moreThey did what was asked, in the time frame quoted. However when we received the bill it was for $202.76! I called and was told additional travel time was charged. I complained that this was double what was quoted me. The next day they did retract and bill me the original estimated amount. However they have lost my trust.
Description of Work: I had them remove a kitchen faucet to have a bay window ledge installed, then put the faucet back. I was quoted one hour of time, and told it would not take that long, however this was the minimum charge.

Description of Work: Four inch, cast iron sewer line serving kitchen sink was clogged (with a ton of crud) below ''clean out'' located about three feet above basement floor. Cleanout faced a wall, so plumber cut out a portion of the cast iron, replacing it with plastic pipe, with a clean out facing outward - allowing necessary clearing of the drain.

IN THIS CASE, HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS A RISK THAT THE PALMER VALVE WOULD BREAK, WHICH WOULD THEN REQUIRE THAT I HAVE A SUMP PUMP INSTALLED AT A COST OF $2300. BUT HE ASSURED ME THEY WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY WERE CAREFUL AND WERE ABLE TO FREE UP THE STUCK PALMER VALVE WITHOUT BREAKING IT. THE DAY AFTER THEY MOVED THE PIPING IN THE BASEMENT, I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE PROBLEM BY INSTALLING A NEW AERATOR AND DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE SECOND TRIP.
Description of Work: RELOCATED APPROXIMATELY 35 FEET OF HOT WATER GALVANIZED PIPING IN THE BASEMENT OVER 3" TO ACCOMMODATE THE FOUNDATION WORK. FREED UP THE PALMER FLAP AND MAKE IT OPERATIONAL. REPAIRED THE KITCHEN SINK FAUCET AS NEEDED.
