He was real quick and things went well. They were very filthy but they were neat and clean with my home. They arrived quickly and took care of the drain quickly as well.

The visit went well. Arrived and did the work-left with everything up and working well. (New faucet put on my kitchen sink, air vent and capped off a pipe in my basement).

It went great. The responsiveness to our leaking water heater was immediate and we felt secure. The replacement options were explained to us and the exchange made first thing the next morning. Finally, I called several days later with some follow-up questions and got a very responsive and thorough explanation. We were very happy.

The plumber was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. No complaints about the work. In fairness I was told their rates when I scheduled the job. However, the plumber recorded a two hour visit on his time sheet when he was at my house for 45 minutes, plus some time sitting out in the driveway. I was shocked when I got the bill. I thought $325 was a lot to pay for a permit, two copper pipe connections and 4-5 screws in the duct work, considering the water heater was leveled, vented and gas hook up was fine.

Drains in kitchen sink as well as basement sinks very slow. Jeff came to house 9am sharp as promised looked into kitchen sink issue and explained to me that the old pipes would need to go. They were extremely clogged. We agreed the best solution would be to get rid of the old metal pipe and replace with new PVC pipe. Jeff wasted no time tearing out the old and installing the new. He even carefully took out everything I had stored under the sink and replaced it as he had found it. I was very impressed. He also covered up the floor and the floor of the cabinet so there was no mess to clean up. After opening up the pipes he cleaned out the remaining pipe this solved the basement sink issue as the 2 sinks share the same drain to the sewer. Then he replaced the 54 year old shower faucet that was leaking by replacing the guts instead of charging me for a whole new faucet. In all he was there only 2 hours and did an awesome job at a very fair price. I was impressed by the fact that he was not there to gouge me, he gave me all my options and told me what he thought would be the best solution and seemed to have my best interests in mind. Never tried to up sell or do more work than needed.

He said the minimum price to have one drain cleaned would be $200+. His price is too high, and I will not be using him.

I found this company on Angie's List. I liked that they were able to do the work when it suited my schedule. I felt that he knew what he was doing and am confident that the connection was done correctly.

I called left a message and he called back. He left a message and told me he'd call the following day at 2:00 pm, but he didn't call the next day, but called the next day after. We set up the appointment for the following week. The part needed for the outside of the house was not available, and he said it would cost about $400 to do more extensive work to fix the problem. I told him I didn't want them to do that at this time. He did find the replacement part used at another job, and he replaced that for me. He told me the price would be $400 to convert the electric to gas hook up. I did feel like he wanted the job for converting the electric to gas. I have yet to receive a bill for the replacement of the part.

We are always very happy with their work.

Both jobs were done extremely well. Tom worked hard for all three hours, having come at the early end of a given time window.

They said that the sink was installed in a way that they couldn't replace the faucet so they had to take out the sink and put it back. They ended up charging quite a bit more money than expected and they didn't tell me that. I wouldn't have gone through with it If I would have known how much it was going to be. I wouldn't recommend them to others at all.

After contacting the company, they were able to come out to the house very quickly. They cleaned two downspouts on the south side of the house that empty into the ground; it took about 2 and 1/4 hours because there are tree roots that grow into these drains and the cleaning hadn't been done in a long time; when the workman was done, he handed me an invoice for the time and told me the owner would be sending out the bill in a couple of days. I received the bill as indicated a few days later.

My plumbing issues were, just a trickle of water from my kitchen sink. I had tried removing the screen at the end of the faucet, thinking that was plugged, but that was not the case. I needed someone to come in and check this out. When Tom looked at it, he tried to take out a mechanism at the base of the faucet and it broke after using too much force. I went to the store and bought a new faucet for him to install. Next, I needed new faucet handles installed at the laundry tub, as the cold handle was stripped off, and I had been using a pliers to turn the faucet on and off. The plumber indicated I should to replace the upper valves, as they didn't look to be right (I'm not really sure what was wrong with them, as they worked fine). While I ran to the store to get a faucet, he replaced this plumbing work and installed a new faucet there at the laundry tub. Finally, I was not getting any hot water in my shower. My shower has a one-handle off/on. The plumber told me to force the handle all the way to hot as it would go, and that would shut off the cold completely, and then I can ease the handle off the hot to get a warmer shower. Apparently, there is a yolk in the wall where the hot and cold come together, and the cold is bleeding into my hot. By cranking the handle all the way to as hot as it can go, this shuts off the cold. This solution has worked, and saved me from a very expensive fix of having to go into my wall.

They scheduled a non-emergent visit within 2 days of calling. Arrived around the time promised. Performed work quickly and left with no signs of them being there.

He was great and the price was fair.

Jeff showed up right on time and informed me the problem started with the old pipe, which was in a wall we had just finished drywalling and painting. He told me he would do his best to get the pipe out without disturbing the new wall, but he was not sure. He was able to get the pipe out, replace it with a new one while leaving my drywall intact. The space he was working in was very confined. He did a great job without leaving a mess and without making me feel foolish for trying to install the new sink on my own. He straightened out my mess. He had every part he needed on his truck so he was able to complete the job the same day.

They were prompt, he was responsive to the situation and when he gave me a idea of when he would be here, they were here on time.

We had had problems with water coming out of our new washer & leaking. They came out the following day after we called them, the serviceman looked at our washer & checked to see if the water was draining through our pipes. He later found out that the pipes connecting to our washer had not been connected tightly (by another company) & was causing it to leak so he then repaired this. We would use them again.

I noticed some water in the basement around the floor drain. I called the city to see if there was a problem with the city's sewer, but that was OK. I never had a problem like this before and I was very worried that I needed extensive work like drain tiles. In checking Angie's List for plumbers, most of the jobs listed were little, like clogged sinks or installing a toilet. I decided to call Ingrilli's because they had a recommendation for a complicated plumbing job and they were in my neighborhood. I described my situation and they were able to come to my house within 2 days. The plumber determined it was a plugged sewer line and quickly fixed the problem. Curt was professional, efficient and straight forward. His estimate for the cost was very close to the final bill, which they mailed to me a few days later. I highly recommend this company for small and large plumbing jobs.

They had come out earlier and given me a free estimate. I have used them before and knew they would do quality work. I was very pleased with everything. I took off from work and one gentleman did the work in about 4-5 hours. He also installed a new handheld shower head over my bathtub, at no extra charge. Great clean up, no problems. I feel good knowing I have stainless steel hoses to my washing machine. The whole set up is bright and clean, with new white sinks.

He was OK but the price for the parts was high. He called me the next day and came out the next day. I was satisfied with the workmanship and the response.

They really did a good job. Because they knew to call the city before they came out, it saved me an extra service trip.
