While the service they did was OK, we asked for quotes on two other jobs. The plumber took pictures and said they would get back to us. They did no. At about 2 weeks, we called and asked if they could return our call and give us the estimate on the two other jobs.THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US. We will not use them again since they don't seem to care about having out business.

Jeff, the tech arrived promptly, went right to work. Fixed what he could and was willing to explain what he was doing. Very pleasant person. Cleaned up well after he was done.

I have used this provider before and both times they responded timely to my initial voicemail, arrived on time, and performed the service professionally and quickly (no padding time with frivolous conversation or running back and forth needlessly to the truck). This company is now my plumber of choice for all jobs!

I called re:needing a new toilet installed & they came out the next day. I told them which one I wanted, and they brought it with them. Tom, the installer, was pleasant, professional, and quick and accurate with the installation. He took the old one away & cleaned up after he was done. I have used them before, they stand by their work, and will definitely use them again.

It died right around the holidays. They came out and looked at it, and totally replaced my water heater. It needed some electrical work, so they brought in an electrician and took care of everything for us. It was fabulous! They did it all right then and there, and in 2 or 3 hours the whole thing was done. I was a blessing to have them come and take care of everything.

the kitchen and basement laundry tub drains had been slow for awhile. I had used a hand snake on the kitchen drains to clear them way to often in the last few months only to have them start to clog up again in a few days. The kitchen and basement laundry tubs share the same stack. On Thursday pm, after work, my wife (she who must be obeyed) informed me that the laundry tubs were backed up and I must "DO SOMETHING". Well I tried and I failed to clear the clogs this time. So on Friday AM I called "THE PLUMBER" Vince Ingrilli & Sons Plumbing Co Inc . We had used them a few weeks ago at an in-laws home we were taking care of prior to a sale. Well the fast response was again most amazing to me. Called at about 08:30 And "she who must be obeyed" reported a plumber at our door at 10:15 named "Curt". He wasted no time, ID the problem and effected a solution. The Total repair time was about 2 hours. Some sound advice on periodic drain maintenance to hopefully avoid this clogging in the future was freely given by Curt which is appreciated, and shall be done! No mess was left, labor is billed at 0.25 hour increments, professional, respectful and best of all.... FAIR PRICING.!!! Also want to say Thank You to Vince Ingrilli for setting a fine example on how to manage a company to his sons and the outher plumbers. It is said that word of mouth is the best advertisement that there is. I hope that is true as I have already recommended this fine plumbing company to my co-workers, and friends.

First they tried to route it out and then they had to open up a little part of our ceiling on the second floor property to get the pipe out that goes up to the second floor apartment. They came on time. They were pleasant and professional. He whistled while he worked.

I dropped my ring in the sink. Vince Ingrilli's came to my house within a few hours of my initial phone call, called ahead to say when they would arrive, and retrieved the ring quickly. They did a very quick and efficient job.

I came home from a mission trip and found that living on borrowed time for the hot water heater had expired. I left a message on Sunday night and then called about 7:30am on Monday morning. I explained I had preset appointments that day and was informed they could be out between 11:00 and 1:00. The tech Tom arrived about 12:45 and got right to work and was finished by the time a needed to leave for my appointment which I greatly appreciated. When a received the bill I was a bit surprised by the labor charge but I had not bothered to ask those questions when calling in the AM since I needed to have a new hot water heater. I phoned Vince and he explained the charge. On 7/25 I phoned a few other plumbers on Angies list and found the labor charge was right in line. In fact Vince Ingrilli doesn't charge a trip charge whereas the others charge a trip charge and in the long run their labor charge plus trip charge comes out the same. I appreciate that Vince Ingrilli does not charge the rip charge. I will recommend this company to others.

Due to several rounds of large amounts of rain - we had rainwater backing up into our basement via our in-floor drain. I telephoned Ingrilli & Sons around 10AM and they said they would be out in a few hours and would call first. As promised I received a call around 1PM stating that they would be at our house in about 30 minutes - they were here in about 20 minutes. Curt quickly diagnosed the problem and removed a root/paper clog from our lateral/drain in under an hour. Our drain tiles immediately began flowing again and he had us test the lateral by running several faucets and simultaneously flushing the toilet - to make sure the line was clear. I had several general questions about our plumbing and how it works (fairly new homeowner) and Curt was patient and informative in answering all my questions. He also gave us a few tips on preventing clogs and future maintenance. They really saved us and our basement!!!

It went very well. I was very happy with their work. They came on time and they did the work in a timely fashion. The work was also well done.

They do a great job and are close by, but boy, they are pricey! I'd use them for smaller jobs but would consider other plumbers for larger projects.

He is thorough and complete. He is pricey.

This is and 1st time I have used Vince Ingrilli & Sons had an excellent experience! I will be calling Vince Ingrilli & Sons if I have any other plumbing needs.

Work was done efficiently and well. Provider offered advise on what steps to take next. I'm very satisfied.

First, the electrician hit a gas pipe at 3:55 PM and it was leaking gas. The plumber was packing up and refused to go cap it because "he was done for the day." The plumber and electrician argued, and he finally got the plumber to get his lazy but inside and cap the pipe. Second, When I went to install the showers, the mixing valve was not flush to the mo. Shoddy workmanship.., Thirdly, 7 later I get notice that the plumbing companies insurance wants to collect over $30,000 from me because the plumber injured his knee on my stairs. There was no noticeable difference in the stairs, I wasn't there to dispute this, and I obviously cant go take pictures now. I am certain that pos is filing a fraudulent claim because he doesn't want to work.

Work was done professionally and promptly. We needed more work than anticipated, so the cost was a bit of a shock. I think the estimate and actual costs were fair. We would use Vince Ingrilli Plumbing again.

I received a quote to install two hose bibs, when work was done price doubled over the quote. Plumber's labor was more than anticipated, parts less than 20% of total.

I was very happy with their service.

The service was responsive and prompt. He completed the work in under an hour. I have used Ingrelli plumbing before - and am completely satisfied with the value and quality of service.

My floors were in the process of being refinished when the installers discovered a pin hole leak in the water line to the ref. The project was held up until a plumber could be called in. I called Ingrilli's and Vince was immediately responsive to my urgent need. He sent one of his plumbers within about a hour. He got the job done very efficiently considering I also had to have an hvac guy come to attend to the line being run through a cold air return!

The stove ended up getting delivered late so Curt did not have the measurements of where the line should have been installed. He took the time to help me to find the information he needed so we didn't need to reschedule once the stove arrived. He walked through the whole installation process with me so I felt more comfortable with the work being performed. When our stove finally arrived, the connector was the wrong size, but an easy fix with a trip to Menards. All-in-all we were very satisfied with the work that was performed and impressed with Curt's ability to get the job done without having the stove and manual to reference.

It went GREAT! We had a toilet and our shower back up on Christmas day (not a Happy Holiday!) and called Vince Ingrilli Plumbing the next day. They were polite on the phone and sent someone a few hours after I called. Kurt showed up and went right to work to diagnose the problem. He was able to clear the system and get everything flowing again in around an hour. My wife and daughter will now talk to me since they can bathe and shower again! I was impressed with the efficient work and fair price. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended. Thanks!
