They came out within a day of the phone call. They worked with me on my schedule for the appointment. Very knowledgable and it didn't take them long at all, the work space was very clean.

Taagen Plumbing were very friendly. The experience was good. They were decent. They worked on our sink and unfortunately forgot to put in a gasket, but that was minor. We got a slight leak, other than that they were very friendly and helpful. Their price was fair.

We were very satisfied both times. I spoke with a lady who was very sweet and confident that they could fix our problem immediately. It was an emergency at the time so she told me she would take someone off another job to come for us. She got someone to come right away.

The work had to be done in stages, as there were also electricians and carpenters involved. Julian and Matt Taagen did all the work, and they were careful about our carpets, respectful, gracious, and extremely professional. The work is neat and tidy and we are quite happy with the way our project turned out.

They did a great job at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

The plumber did a fantastic job and sanitized the floor and drainage area once he was finished. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told it would cost $180. However, when I received the bill, it was $225. I called and asked about the discrepancy. I was told that the original quote was a mistake on their part and that their rates have recently changed to the flat rate of $225, but since she quoted me $180 over the phone, she honored that price. I was very happy and pleased with their customer service. I will definitely use them again in a couple years to clean our lines again!

The estimate was done promptly and work followed in a few days. It was done well and efficiently and very professionally, both at the administrative and service levels. I have been in touch regarding more plumbing work and Peg at the office has been very helpful giving me a call back with suggestions and estimates.

I got them off Angie's List. They were very good. They had great prices. They did great work. They were on time.

They could fix it rather than we having to buy new stuff. We have used them before, we used them during the kitchen remodel, and we used them to do an update in our bathroom also. They are very professional. They know what they were doing. For the remodel they gave us an estimate and the estimate was exactly what it came to. They did not give a low estimate and then raised it afterward. We will use them in the future.

We spent probably about $200 on their services. They’re very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are prompt and they get the job done. They’re a pleasure to work with. We will use them again in the future.

I had a plumbing issue. It was a major job. I was very happy with them. They had to re engineer the bath tub. They did good job. They worked efficiently and I was very pleased with them. They were very neat. They left the place clean and they did a very professional job. They cleaned the tiles.

Jess was here right at 8am as promised. He worked straight through until 1pm which is just how long Peg at their office told me it would take when she scheduled it. He was great: efficient; professional; knowledgeable; down to earth and really seemed to care about doing everything right in a careful manner. He was also very helpful and looked at some other things that we are going to need done in the future. I would definitely recommend them!

The plumber (Matt) was prompt, friendly, professional. He made good recommendations and completed his work quickly.

I have used Taagen several times after my daughter referred them to me. They ALWAYS respond quickly and do superior work. And - very important to me - they leave the work area clean! I recommend them highly!

My girlfriend dealt with them mostly. I was at work the whole time but she said that they did a really good job. They were quick and efficient. They are a little expensive but I will probably use them again in the future. I spent $170 for an hour I think, that’s with the parts and everything. I know plumbers are expensive.

They were very efficient. I have used them a number of times, at least 10 times. The only time I didn’t actually follow through with them was because their estimate on one job was really high. I wanted to get to get a second opinion. I did get the work done for less money. But I have been really happy with them over the years.

I have used them a number of times. The last time I used them, it went extremely well, like every other time. They went out of their way to help me. They always do quality work at a great value.

I used to use Taagen a lot. In June of 2010 we had heavy rains in June and my basement flooded and caused my hot water heater pilot to go out. I couldn't for the life of me get the pilot lit, so I called Taagen. Due to the flooding, I was told that there would be a wait unless it was an emergency. I said fine, it wasn't an emergency. The weather was very warm and another few days of cold water wouldn't kill me. Taagen came out 3 days after my call, lit the water heater and billed my $250.00 plus. When I called to ask about the charge (the tech was at my house for all of 15 minutes) I was told that since my call was an 'emergency' call they charged more. I pointed out it had taken them 3 days to get to my house and I had specifically said it was *not* an emergency. They reduced the price by $100.00. So, my bill was $150.00 and change. I asked why it cost so much compared to other times I had used them and was told that due to the floods they were very busy and had upped their prices in response to being overwhelmed. Frankly, I think any company that responds to people in crises by raising prices is irresponsible. I have several rental properties and have not used Taagen for any service calls since.

I am very satisfied; they did good work and were very clean and cleaned up after they were done. I thought they went about as fast as they could possibly go and were very efficient workers. I will use them again in the future.
