 + -1 moreIt took 4 visits for us to make our decisions and we asked numerous questions. The Verlo reps (we spoke to 3) were both knowledgeable and patient. When we purchased, they figured the price so that all discounts could be applied. We went over each item in the order to verify that we would receive what we wanted. The day of delivery was determined and the beds arrived promptly at the time specified.
Description of Work: My husband and I wanted 2 different mattress types and bed frames. I wanted a latex mattress with an adjustable frame and he wanted a standard frame and mattress but a mattress that could later be converted to an adjustable. We purchased 2 single beds meeting our requirements that could be joined together as a king.

 + -1 moreExcellent! Fast service at the store. On time delivery at our convenience. We have had past experience with this store having purchased a high end king mattress set about two years ago. This time we had a different salesperson but the same good experience. They also offer a coupon through the entertainment book.

 + -1 moreI walked in the store not knowing much about mattresses and needing one right away. Jennifer was knowledgeable and friendly. She ended up selling me a floor model, had it delivered three days later, and they picked up the old mattress for a nominal charge.
