There were 5 cleaners + Vicente. I was very pleased - they even cleaned my oven which was totally unexpected. Great group of workers.

They did a good job. They didn't send me a bill on time. It took them six months to generate an invoice. They came when they said they would come and the price was reasonable.

Vicente worked me in on short notice; brought a 5 person crew and were out of the house within an hour. They came in and got to work immediately. They did a fantastic job; the place was shining when I got home. Would definitely use them again.

No work done. No call from company to explain not showing for scheduled appointment.

They did an absolutely amazing job & I couldn't have asked for more. The owner, Vicente, is wonderful. After seeing what a wonderful job they did at our business, we decided to have him come clean our house as well. He told us that we could use our 10% off Angie's List coupon the first 3 times. Then he also gave us 10% off our house cleaning estimate.

They were incredible and it was the best cleaning job I have ever got done. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. They moved things around to clean and put it back exactly as they were. They cleaned very thoroughly and everything was looking nice. I was extremely pleased with their quality of service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He comes with a huge crew of up to 6 or 8 people. They are in and out for and hour and a half. My wife and I work out of our home a lot so it is great to have them in and out quickly.

My house looks fabulous! Vicente takes great pride in his business of cleaning homes. I called on a Thursday, Vicente was at my home on Saturday to complete an estimate and the work was done on Monday. My husband made a comment that he had actually done "too good of a job", finding what was under his side of the bed! I have tried a few other house cleaners and am happy to say I have found the "one". Vicente called to report that the cleaning was finished and asked us to please let him know if there was anything that was not done properly or could be done better. Such a refreshing change in this day and age of poor customer service. I could not be more satisfied, I highly recommend V A Cleaning service.

I have a small ranch style home so the cleaning was quick and efficient. I paid 25.00 more this time because it did take a little longer because the leaves were frozen to the house gutters.

Twice I've called VA Cleaners to clean my gutters and both times I got same-day service. Polite on the phone and in person, offered to remove his shoes when entering my house. I (foolishly) tend to wait to the last minute to get my gutters cleaned, and have been thrilled to not have to wait days/weeks to get the work done.

They came and gave an estimate and then on very short notice they were able to clean our house, 2 stories plus our basement. They had a 4 crew team and they did an excellent job!

I think the high level of professionalism of Mr. and Mrs. Alvarez that you see reflected in these reports is the best thing about this company. They are really dedicated to satisfaction and responsiveness. We have used their service for several months and I do believe that in general they do a good job, particularly on things like vacuuming upholstery, dusting high up places, etc. I think the only issues we have are when the work is perhaps done too fast and sometimes details get overlooked, or the judgment used does not seem to be the best (i.e., putting on a comforter cover inside-out, leaving a dirty rag somewhere you don't want a dirty rag, putting garbage bags of food outside but not in a can, some breakage). But I know those are small potatoes. We've had a couple of minor scheduling snafus too, but they are always very accommodating when we ask for changes in the schedule. I am glad we found VA and I will continue to use them. I would hope as their staff gets more experienced things would smooth out just a little.

I have been very impressed with this company's performance, including the fact that Vincente, the owner, either remains for the complete cleaning or returns and checks on the job before the crew leaves.

Very responsive to phone calls. A huge crew of 6 people show up each time to clean. They initial deep clean they got every nook and cranny of the house and even cleaned a few of the windows inside and out. Now I have hired them to clean every two weeks. The owner comes each time and inspects the work done by his crew. Very nice group and they always do a great job. They are also a bit flexible if something comes up and we need to switch a day or week although they are getting very busy now! I would highly recommend them.

Everything has gone well so far. All the cleaning seems nicely done. We have had three monthly cleanings since the original deep cleaning. Mr. Alvarez said he wants to know if anything is amiss so that he may retain our business. This seems to be a reliable company.

Vicente came out to my house and gave me an initial estimate of $130.00 to clean the gutters. When he came out to the house, I had wanted a gutter coming off the garage re-routed from the yard to the driveway. He said he didn't do this kind of work but, after looking at it, he decided it would be simple and he could do it for only $20 more. He said he would be here on Saturday to do the work but, came on Sunday instead. When he showed me what he did, I wasn't happy with it because it looked bad. Instead of adding a piece of matching white metal gutter that would run down to the driveway, he added a large black slinky plastic pipe to run down to the driveway and it looked terrible. Probably would've gotten the job done but, it looked bad. I told him it wasn't what I was looking for and I asked what the new price would be. He insisted that he wouldn't be able to do it for less than $150--even though he took his ugly black tubing with him which I'm sure was estimated in the cost of the job. I paid him his $150 and I will never be hiring VA Cleaning services again. Good luck to you if you do.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL ONCE THEY CAME TO DO THE JOB. I HAD TO CALL MR. ALVAREZ A SECOND TIME TO SEE IF HE WAS STILL INTERESTED IN THE JOB, I WASN'T HEARING ANYTHING AFTER THE FIRST CALL. MR. ALVAREZ APOLOGIZED FOR MAKING ME WAIT ABOUT A WEEK BEFORE HE CAME TO LOOK AT THE JOB AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE, HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WAS RUNNING BEHIND BECAUSE HE HAD RECENTLY TAKEN A FEW DAYS OFF FOR FAMILY BUSINESS. THE ACTUAL JOB ONLY TOOK ABOUT A HALF HOUR BECAUSE I HAVE A SMALL RANCH STYLE HOME.

I called to see what their availability was, and I was quite pleased to learn that they could come the next day! They were originally scheduled to come late afternoon, and contacted me in the morning to see if they could come a few hours early, which worked well for me. The team arrived a few minutes early and immediately went to work, everyone was friendly and professional. Our entire house was cleaned in less than 3 hours and looked great. We were quite impressed with the quality of their work and will definitely work with them again.

Overall this was an excellent experience!

Vicente was prompt at responding and came over and gave a thorough explanation of how he cleaned the house and took the time to ask me how I would want specific areas cleaned. He takes great pride in his work and will never leave you with less than a high quality of work. His price is slightly higher than others, but he does a more thorough cleaning, including moving furniture and cleaning under rugs. He was able to work with me with price to make it within my price range, with an agreement to be less thorough in certain areas on a rotating basis. This was completely acceptable, since he cleans above and beyond what we need for regular cleaning. He is very kind and conscientious and his workers are the same.

They were fantastic. The crew arrived on time and "VA" himself has come with the group both times. They have great attention to detail, work thoroughly and quickly. The $250 was a first-time major-clean fee. The second visit, and all others from here on out, will be $150. The rates seem fine, neither cheap nor expensive.

I called the owner of the company and he scheduled a day and time to clean my gutters. On the day he was supposed to do the work he thought it was too windy and that he would do it another day after calling me back. He never called back.
