THE TECH WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TELLING ME HOW TO FIX THINGS AS HE FOUND THEM AND GIVING ME OTHER TIPS FOR CARE AND CLEANING. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME A NICE REPORT. ONCE IN THE HOUSE THOUGH WE FOUND THINGS HE HAD MISSED. A BATHROOM VENT WAS NOT PIPED TO THE OUTSIDE. THE KITCHEN STOVE PLUG WAS NON-WORKING AND WAS NOT HOOKED INTO CIRCUIT BREAKERS. HE SHOULD OF NOTICED THIS SINCE IT WOULD OF HAD IT'S OWN BREAKER. HAVE YOUR OWN LIST OF WHAT YOU WANT COVERED.
Description of Work: I HAD HOME INSPECTION DONE FOR PURCHASED HOME.
