Description of Work: I use US Bank for my savings and checking accounts. I just ordered some new checks so I stopped in there recently to talk to them and ask them questions about it. I usually go there once a month or once in two months.

 + -1 moreAWFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY SCREWED UP MY NAME REPEATEDLY--EVEN WHEN WE GOT TO CLOSING IT WASN'T RIGHT, AND WE HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO CORRECT IT...AND THEY WERE RUDE ABOUT IT! WE'RE BUYING ANOTHER HOUSE NOW AND WE'RE USING UW CREDIT UNION. SO MUCH BETTER SERVICE (AND BETTER RATES/MORE OPTIONS TOO!)
