I purchased this voucher back in early April and made an appt. shortly after. When I called for an appt, they told me the earliest they had an opening was in AUGUST.....4 MONTHS AWAY!!! I was shocked. Obviously this company is not customer friendly and does not have alot of cleaning equip. So I scheduled the appt, 4 months goes by, and the scheduled date comes....... NOBODY SHOWS UP! I am furious to say the least. I tried calling the company multiple times and nobody answered, just got an answering machine. I left more than 1 message, and nobody returned my call. Eventually, I got a hold of somebody, and they said they did not know of any scheduled appts being missed, and that he knew something about equipment problems. He said he could squeeze me in the following day so I said fine. The next day the scheduled time comes.....and goes. Nobody shows up, AGAIN!!!! I called, and again, no answer. The next day I got a hold of somebody and it was the same bulls**t story as before, he knew nothing about it and some crap about equip. problems. I am ready to kill somebody at this point. I said I have had it and I wanted a refund, and he suggested the same because they had no intention of fulfilling the voucher before it expired. I received a full refund from "Living Social Deals" but am absolutely floored by the lack of professionalism, non-existent customer service, and sheer stupidity of this company. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY, THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS!

I received an offer on 2/17/11 from Groupon for upholstery cleaning by Ultimate Cleaning (aka: Bare Foot Flooring or Preferred Flooring Co). I called Ultimate Cleaning as I wanted to know what the additional cost would be for substituting 1 piece of furniture. Don Luke answered and informed me that it would be an additional $25 over and above the $59 Groupon price. I thanked him, set up the appointment for 3/5/11 between 9AM and 10AM and asked that he e-mail a confirmation for the appointment and the up-charge. When I didn't receive the e-mail, I called on 2/21/11 and requested it again. This time it arrived and stated "this is to confirm order time of 3/5/2011 at 9-10 am for cleaning and a extra 25.00 for cleaning extra loveseat thanks don". I left messages on March 4th at 12:32PM and 3:31 PM asking that someone call to confirm our appointment for the next morning, as it's been my experience that it's always a good idea to call the day before. I never got a return call. March 5th arrived and at 10AM no one had arrived to clean our 2 loveseats. At 10:39 AM, I left a message asking why no one had arrived yet and that I had left 2 messages the day before confirming our appointment. I called again at 4:04 PM and left another message. When March 8th arrived and I had yet to receive even 1 return call, I called and left a 5th message at 11:03 AM. It is now March 10th at 12:23 PM and not only did I never receive a return call, but my credit card was charged the $59. It is also important to note that the wonderful folks at Groupon have also been trying to contact Mr. Luke. They have not gotten a return call either. Luckily, they will issue a $59 credit to my account....so I'm not out the money. But, it would've been nice if Mr. Luke took the 45 seconds to return even one of my calls. I'm bewildered as to why he even agreed to offer the special when he had no intention of following through with it. UPDATE: After waiting several weeks, I called again to see if someone would answer. Lo and behold, Don Luke actually answered! I reminded him about the appointment we had and the several messages I left with no return phone call. He asked when the appointment was and when I told him, he "seemed to recall" that he had to go out of town "around that time". I asked why he didn't bother to return my phone calls when got back into town. He did not have a reason. Lame excuses and no apology for bad etiquette is all you'll get from this company. BE WARNED!
