1. About a year ago Tyler saw my want ad posting for computer trouble-shooting. He worked on my computer and my husband's computer, uninstalling, installing, improving the efficiency on my computer and generally helping us understand and do tasks for which we had no experience. We also employed him to design the website for a cabin we put on the market. Tyler did an outstanding job with all of the computer related work. He designed a lovely website and astutely used Google words to improve the visibility of the site. We paid him $20.00 per hour for all computer related work. It was a bargain given his experience and past work experience with a computer service provider. 2. The most recent date of service was for outdoor spring cleanup for our residential property. He worked quickly and was very efficient. Best of all we learned that he is a gardener so I did not have to provide any supervision respecting what winter mulch to remove, what to cut back (versus pull out), etc. I will not hesitate to use him again, perhaps to maintain our flowers and garden while we are away this summer or to do all of the spring work associated with raising hybrid tea roses. He is also willing to mow, trim, leaf blow, etc. We paid him $15.00 per hour for the outside work and the basement work, described below. 3. Part of the outdoor job, above, also included moving and organizing personal property in the basement. He did this job quickly. Tyler has a great work ethic. He is a self-supporting college student! He is articulate and honest. He resolved a problem related to our website host in a mature manner. He tells me he is skilled at general handyman jobs. I would certainly hire him for this type of home maintenance work, e.g. gutters, minor repairs, dry wall, wood splitting, etc.
