TPU always explains problems and how they are going to fix them. TPU inform me of the price it will cost to fix problems. Once fix TPU both shows how to avoid problem in future. TPU is on time and come prepare to fix your computer problems.

I purchased a desktop and printer about 10 years ago and Tom assisted in setting up wifi, programs, routers, printers and email. He has helped me with any issues that arose in a fast and timely manner. I am a senior citizen and am not as computer saavy as I would like. Tom has been extremely patient with me and worked with me to solve my problems in a prompt and professional manner. I would have no qualms in recommending TCU to anyone needing computer service.

I purchased a laptop from Tom quite a few years ago and he assisted in setting up wifi, programs, printers and email. Over time he helped me with any issues that arose in a fast and timely manner. One big issue was was a computer hack. He was able to clean up the problem and get me back in business. I would have no problem recommending his company to anyone.
