The roof was completed on time and quality of the work and confidence the work crew demonstrated was excellent and gave us peace of mind. We were given a written 20 year warrenty and the roof has passed all inspections for integrity. We are very happy with this company and the quality of work of everyone including all office personal where we were treated beyond our expectations.
Description of Work: Complete roofing with removing all previous roofs and complete clean-up.

+ -1 moreEVERYONE WAS GREAT FROM THE OWNER ON DOWN. THE CREW CLEANED UP EACH NIGHT AND THEY WERE PLEASANT AND RESPECTFUL TO HAVE AROUND. WE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE GETTING THE STUCCO SUBCONTRACTOR TO FINISH UP BUT SUE, PENEBAKER'S OFFICE MANAGER, DID A GREAT JOB OF FOLLOWING UP ON THAT AND MAKING SURE WHEN IT WAS DONE THAT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK BEFORE SHE PAID HIM. OVERALL, WE HAD A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE!
Description of Work: REMOVED ASBESTOS SLATE TILES THAT HAD CEDAR SHAKE UNDER THAT AND ROTTED SHEATHING. REPLACED WITH ASPHALT DIMENSIONAL SHINGLES, NEW FASCIA BOARDS AND GUTTERS. ALSO, STUCCO REPAIR TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE OF THE COMPLETE TEAR OFF THERE WAS SOME DISTURBANCE TO THE ORIGINAL STUCCO.
