landline phone service
+ -1 moreTHE WHOLE BUSINESS WAS AWFUL, I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY MADE PROMISE AFTER PROMISE BUT DID NOT DELIVER.
Description of Work: THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH MCI AND SEND POSTCARDS IN THE MAIL OFFERING THEIR SERVICE, OFFER LOCAL PHONE SERVICE, WHEN I SET UP THE SERVICE, I SPECIFIED THE THINGS THAT HAD TO BE DONE. FOR EXAMPLE, I DID NOT WANT VOICE MAIL, BUT SHE TALKED ME INTO IT AND I SAID ONLY IF IT PICKED UP ON THE 10 RINGS, WHICH DOESNT WORK. I DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD EVEN SWITCHED MY SERVICE SO I DID NOT KNOW HOW TO EVEN CHECK IT. CALLED IN THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND NASTY.
