This was our first time using Team Clean for carpet cleaning. They responded quickly and answered my questions. The quote was given prior to coming out and they arrived as scheduled. The carpets turned out really good considering the age. I will call TCS again and recommend them to others.

Did a great job removing junk from home!

Not good. I purchased this service through Amazon local. It was $99 for three hours. Which is misleading right off the bat. In reality they have 2 cleaners come so they split that time in half. I had two cleaners for 1.5 hours. Their website lists all the standard cleaning services listed which included: ceiling fan dusting, bathroom/kitchen/living area floors and rugs vacuumed and mopped, window sill dusting, cobweb removal, mirrors, surfaces wiped, etcetera. and you can add on extras for an additional cost. I paid an extra $25 for them to clean 5 blinds. They actually only cleaned 4, possibly 3 but not really sure. Went to open the vertical blinds on our patio door and one of them fell off because they had broken it and tried to hide it by putting it in place. The piece that broke off of it was lying on the floor right in front of them. I think out of the list of 20 + - they actually successfully completed MAYBE 6. No window ledges cleaned, no cobweb removal, terrible carpet vacuuming. Didn't get any rugs vacuumed or floors mopped. I feel like they might have had a wet cloth and just dragged it around the rugs a little. I was really upset. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
