No hassle. Randy is straight to business. Good business owner. Installation went flawless even with some pretty big mounds of snow. I would hire them again. Randy, do you have painters?

Wonderful craftsmanship. Randy and his experienced crew were great to work with. Randy was very upfront about the pluses and minuses of different options. Cost was very reasonable for the quality. (We were able to get better windows and a better configuration for less than what the window store quoted us.)

Most horrible experience ever. The patio doors were not insulated properly, caulking looked like a 10 year old did the work. Had frost inside the patio doors and was told by Randy (owner) that when cold air hits a warm window it will cause frost. Randy sent the same workers out, trim was removed and foam insulation was sprayed in and then everything was put back on and caulked again. It was worse the second time around. Randy came out and stated," just take something and rub the insulation off. The caulking is fine". I asked Randy if he would accept this kind of work on his home. No response. Randy then became loud and stated," We will not come out and do anything else for you". Now one of the patio door windows cracked, the glass is still intact. Called Randy, Randy stated," here is the number for Simonton, I will not come out hire someone to fix it". BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY, THEY WILL ATKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT STAND BY THEIR SHOTTY WORK.

Excellent. Installers were super friendly and were here at exactly the time they said. Windows are beautiful!

The install crew, Dan and Tim, did an excellent job. The estimator/project manager Randy was great to work with for products and scheduling. We highly recommend them and we'll be using them next spring for patio doors that need replacing !

From quote to job completion, nothing but integrity and professionalism was shown by the owner and crew of Superior Siding and Windows. We needed new siding on our 29 year old cedar sided home, with a possible chimney rebuild and had a couple of suspect windows. Randy (the owner) could have quoted to replace those windows, but as an honest businessperson, he said that the glass and seals just need to be replaced, someone like Les' Glass could do that for you - very reasonably. Les' Glass did - for under $1,000. Our crew was led by Scott, again nothing but professionalism and courtesy from Scott and his crew throughout the entire process. The jobsite was cleaned up every evening and at the end of the project our driveway, deck, lawn and plantings looked like they had before the project began. Our pest control company rep (we are adjacent to a farm field), went out of his way to commend the outstanding caulking work done on the siding. That's an unsolicited third party shout out for Scott and his crew. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Superior Siding and Windows.

Very happy with the workmanship and communication with Superior during the project of installing LP Smart Siding. If I ever needed to do this again on another property I would not hesitate to hire Superior again.

We LOVE Superior Siding & Windows!! They recently put a new roof on our house. The roof looks fantastic! They were very neat and well organized. We had them do our siding and windows over ten years ago. Still looks great. Highly recommend them!

Superior Siding and Windows was a pleasure to work with. The new construction windows went in first, and the finish carpentry on the interior was meticulous. The siding followed within about 2 weeks, and again the workmanship was meticulous. The President of the company, Randy, was straightforward, informative, and incredibly accommodating to our specifications.
