Excellent job from estimate to finished product

It was a wonderful experience. The owner inspected it when it was done, and did not require any money until the job was done. I felt good about the whole job. The owner was very professional, and I felt all was done correctly. The garage was wrapped in a protective barrier first, then the siding was put on. All was done within the time expressed ~ 2 days. The price was better than other companies, too.

Randy measured our home and showed us the products. He provided the estimate and supervised all the work. The foremman and workers were polite, and conscientious. Any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. We were pleased with the work performed.

Very pleasant experience with this company. The workman were very polite and very hard workers. Answered any questions quickly. Very satisfied with the result. Can't go wrong with hiring this Company. Will not hesitate to hire them again. (New Berlin)

They started and finished on schedule. Excellent work, friendly workers, cleaned up after job complete. Very excellent job all around.

I am very pleased with the siding and windows, it did take a week longer than estimated, but it was well worth the wait. Once they got started, the crew worked every day until the job was finished. If Randy was not available he would promplty call back if I had questions or concerns. He answered all of my questions & made sure my concerns were resolved.

Randy was professional, punctual, and relaxed. There was never any pressure intended or perceived. His crew was quick and punctual. Randy would not accept any payment until he personally followed up to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Extremely refreshing. By the way, his pricing was very competitive. I would recommend him with complete confidence.

2-story rear bedroom addition needed cedar shake siding removed and replaced. In addition a kitchen garden window needed to be removed and replaced with 2 standard windows. Superior did a good job, materials and craftsmanship is high. Plan to have them quote more work.

It took a week or so until Randy could come out to give us an estimate for the work. He arrived on time and came back as promised several days later to help us pick the right color of aluminum for the trim. Since this was a small job, he wanted to wait until he could work it in between larger projects, which was fine with us. He called back about three weeks later and said they could come out the next day. His crew of 3 arrived around 8 am and worked for about five hours. After they left, I realized that one of the beams looked shoddy compared to the rest; also, I noticed the caulk used on the front of the house was a different color than the rest and thus looked less than ideal. I called Randy and he came out to take a look. He agreed that the one beam should be redone, and that the front should be re-caulked. His guys were back the next afternoon and did a satisfactory job. I was hesitant to hire Superior, since their price was significantly lower than the other bids I received. That said, Randy seemed knowledgeable and up to the task. The fact that Randy listened to my concerns and sent the crew back for additional work on such a small job is proof he's running a good business. The crew did leave some trash lying about after their work... an empty caulk tube, some small aluminum pieces, and numerous cigarette butts, but overall we're pleased with the work and would recommend Superior Siding.

Randy Eldien came to our home and provided an estimate. He was easy to speak with and knows what he is talking about. His estimate was very fair and he did not take payment until the job was finished to our satisfaction. Work began on schedule and was completed in a timely manner. Phil, who handled the work was very meticulous about seeing that all of the details of the job were well done. I strongly recommend Superior Siding & Windows.

I left several messages for Randy (his voicemail would cut out after approximately 5 seconds) requesting estimates for a siding and window project on our home. He called back 1-2 weeks after I left my messages, leaving a message for me that it sounded like I needed a handyman instead. He said this without even coming to look at our house! According to the other two contractors that have now given us estimates, the projects will cost in the $10K-$15K range. I guess he didn't want the work that badly?

Excellent. Salesman was proompt, personable and on time. Crew that did the work were professional and did a great job.

Superior Siding & Windows was very honest and thorough as far as telling me what they were going to do. They would clean up everything they would do each day. They whole project took only four days. It was great.

Randy is a great communicator. He would rather you ask a million questions up front than say you didn't understand after. They were very prompt, courteous, respectful, & professional. Bulk of the work completed while I was out of town on business: Wife was completely comfortable & pleased with work. Only complaint is cleaning floor daily after window installer left. Cost less than estimate because we changed windows slightly. (I tried to download pictures twice & it failed.)

They did a good job. They were professional. They were very prompt. They finished the job in a timely manner. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. If needed, I will use them again.

After meeting with numerous siding companies, we were impressed with Randy's approach and product. He was straightforward and to the point. We also liked that no money was due upfront until the job was complete. This ensured that the job was completed quickly and would not drag on for weeks. The work was completed in three and a half days. I am home with my kids during the day and so we were around for much of the work. They were good about staying out of our way and working around different areas of the house depending on when my son's nap time was. I don't think I ever saw any of them take a break. They worked very hard and finished the job quickly. It was one of the best experiences I've had. Our neighbors even commented on how polite the men were, making sure that they weren't in their way either. The end product is great as well. Our siding looks great!

Called for an estimate, and the owner, Randy, returned our call right away. Randy accommodated our schedule and came over in the evening to do the estimate, which was really convenient for us. The crew came to install the new roof and everything went very well. They finished in a couple days time and cleaned up the area very nicely. We have a great looking new roof. We're very happy with the service and quality workmanship we received and would use Superior Siding & Windows again. Thanks Randy!

I contacted Randy Eldien the first week in August and an appointment at my home was scheduled for mid-August. Randy was on time for our initial meet and this punctuality and follow-through continued throughout our business relationship. Randy always explained his recommendations in a logical manner, and answered any question or concern I expressed. A proposal followed shortly, changes were easily accomplished. A price agreed upon and a contract was signed with an approximate start date of 10/17/08. As the start date approached, Randy kept me fully informed about any adjustments necessary due to material delivery delays, and predicted rainy weather. In actuality, the work began early, on 10/14, and proceeded, with some inclement weather delays, regularly(including some Saturday work)through completion on 10/27. Randy, the on-site roofing foreman Jim, the on-site siding foreman Wes, and all their crew members were friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times. All of my concerns were treated seriously, adjustments were made promptly, and the few mistakes made were acknowledged and corrected in a professional manner. Randy and his crew have developed a team process which allows them to proceed at a timely pace on a complicated job, while keeping out any weather exposure. They work in sections and stay on the job until each section is either completed, or made weather tight. Superior requires no down payment or advance. I did not write a payment check until the work was completed to my satisfaction. This is a big plus in my opinion, especially considering that I had previously lost an up-front payment to a painting contractor who went out of business without doing any work on my house. I would certainly hire them again, and recommend them without reservation.

They were friendly and were great to work with. They did a great job of clean up after the work was done.

Overall it went well.....however now almost 2 years later I find out the truth.....they were supposed to cut holes for venting that was covered by the soffits. I found this out because of having a patio door installed and we were able to see what had just been covered up!

It went great. The sales process is efficient and there's no b.s. The start was delayed a week because of rain, but you can't control for that. Once it started, the crew worked hard despite some hot, humid days. They were a very courteous, decent group. They went the extra mile on some items, like taking the time to troubleshoot an electrical problem on a light. The workers cleaned up well each day, which was important because we have young kids. The result is excellent, the place looks great. There are relatively few seams, and you have to look for them because they are concentrated where people aren't normally looking. A window screen was damaged, but they got it fixed. The only increases in cost were for items we added later, such as a couple downspouts. The products used are great, we can already tell the difference in noise reduction. The price was about mid-point of estimates I got from others, but I feel I got more than my money's worth, because we had confidence up front that it would be done right, and that confidence was rewarded. Our biggest concern going in was that a contractor would do a sloppy or incomplete job, and walk away. We didn't need to worry about that with Superior.

They came out and did the work very quickly. They were expensive for the work though. I was comfortable having them around my house and home.
