Everything went great from start to finish. Randy was knowledgeable and patient during the estimation and decision-making process. The window and siding crews were friendly as well as professional...worked efficiently, kept us informed on progress and what was coming next, excellent cleanup along the way and at completion, answered our many questions, etc. We're very happy with the results!

Owner operator, Randy, is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and provided details in his estimate that other contractors seem to skip over. He did a good job of explaining what was going to happen and when. Randy was also a big help explaining pros and cons of vinyl and the LP siding we ultimately chose, but never tried to steer us in one direction or the other. He helped with picking out colors and had us look at one of his previous jobs for ideas. A couple of negatives included a mess from leaves and other debris that the window installer left behind in our basement. Also had a couple of minor issues with communications between, us, the crew and Randy. The crew found our new outdoor light fixtures meant for the back of the house and installed them in front, but corrected that as soon as we pointed it out. There was also some trim on the garage that we pointed out needed some paint touch up, but that got missed. (Really hard to do your final walk through in the middle of the week in winter because of the short days.) Randy could have done a better job of telling us what days the crew was going to work. They worked on some really cold, windy days and then didn't on some nicer ones. The job a little later and went a little longer than we had anticipated but, in fairness, they were dealing with winter and the holidays. Overall we are very pleased with the way our house turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Superior.

I never heard back from him. I left a voicemail asking for a follow-up and again I never received any calls. I found another contractor that I'm happy with. I just can't for the life of me figure out why this company passed on over $20,000 worth of work. Edit 10/6/14: Randy called me back after seeing this review on Angies List and appoligized for not getting back to me and that he was out of commision for 10 days (I'm assuming for health reasons) and asked to consider him for any future work. I did tell him that we did sign a contract for the roof and gutters, but were still fielding quotes for the siding, soffits and fasica. He said he would have something together in 15 minutes and would call me back with some prices. Overall, his prices were very good, but when taking into account the things that he couldn't do (install a B vent, replace basement windows, doors that start @ $2,000 each), the price didn't turn out to be as good as it seemed after I figured the cost of hiring other contractors to to the remaining work. I would also like to let people know that Randy did do work previously for my father and mother in-law as well as a sister in law and his work was second to none. However, given how he dropped the ball so to speak on the proposal for our house and didn't really do some of the things that most other contractors could do (again B vent, basement windows, etc), I felt that in my case he just couldn't provide everything that we needed a contractor to do, since he doesn't sub out any work either.

Completed tear off of old aluminum and application of new vinyl siding. Very friendly sales meeting, was happy w/ the quote and signed a contract. The work was completed about 2 weeks following the date in the original contract, which was no problem. The job was completed quickly (2 days) and looks great. Crew did a nice job cleaning up as well. Randy had his crew return recently to complete elbows and extensions.

Salesman and Owner, Randy came out to look at our house in summer of 2013. Due to unforeseen medical circumstances we couldn't start any work until 2014 at the earliest. Randy did not know this, he likely thought we decided on a different company. He left some follow up phone calls. But I have to point out only 3 or 4 calls in several months. I often get calls or emails weekly for months from other contractors begging for my business. Randy never made us feel rushed or annoyed. In 2014 we were ready to have the work done and Randy came back out to review what we had talked about in siding and go over options on windows as well. We were sold on his professionalism and honesty the last time we talked but we hadn't let him know that just yet. The window estimate came out to be very fair. We signed contracts for both projects, windows and siding. We had a situation where we needed to rush a couple windows. We'd be having puppies in one room before the normal 2- 3 week time frame of the materials coming in after being ordered, let alone the normal time frame of getting us on the schedule. Randy promised he would have those 2 windows done at minimum even if it needed a special trip for just those 2 windows. Just as promised, Randy had his "window guy" Pete come out one morning to start on Windows. Pete forgot the important windows we needed to have done but to our surprise and complete satisfaction, Pete said he'd be returning the next day with the rest of the windows. In 3 days )all ahead of schedule) Pete and a helper had our 10 Windows installed perfectly, professionally and this included our new gorgeous Bay Window. Surprise again, and this was the only "hiccup" in the scheduling process.. the siding crew showed up on Pete's last day of doing windows to start that project. While we were thrilled they would be starting early we had no clue they were coming out that morning. Randy thought it was best if we were home when the work was being done, however without a call prior I was at work when they came. Lucky my wife was at home that day. I got home and was greeted by 4 guys busy prepping the house and working hard. Well orchestrated.. we had 2 guys on the front and 2 guys on the back of the house all getting ready to get the job done. Scott was the boss and also a hard working professional that I had complete confidence in. 2 weeks later our house looks brand new. The last day on the job they installed gutters for me. For the first time since I had a roofer and "gutter guy" install my gutters 10 years ago, I can hear the rain on my roof but NOT see it pouring over the gutters constantly. I can say we are 110% satisfied with Superior and they're workmanship. The materials suggested by Randy, albeit new right now, seem to be very well made and long lasting. The Bay window (Simonton) is gorgeous. In my opinion, if you use this company, which compared to others I've talked with is a no brainer, you will NOT be disappointed.

I really like them. I shopped a lot for roofs before. They are upfront and knowledgeable. They don't try and upsell you. The roofing crew they sent out was amazing.

Randy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable about his products and obviously had lots of experience. His price was very competitive and the finished product looks wonderful. We had other companies quote us twice the amount to remove the old siding which made me really question their integrity. Randy was great at coordinating his work with that of the subcontractor and the electrician we hired. He called to provide updates on the schedule and actually completed the work earlier than promised. His crew did a great job of cleaning up each day and were very friendly.

We were committed to getting at least two estimates for the installation of aluminum soffits and gutter leaf guards on our home. The first sales representative wore us out with five hours of company history, awards, "exclusive rights", definitions of the most basic terms, and pressure to sign a contract immediately. We were weary and leery about the next day?s scheduled appointment with Randy Eldien, president of Superior Consolidated Siding. Not to worry! What a breath of fresh air it was to have a conversation with a pleasant, experienced, knowledgeable businessman who understood the service industry and his craft! Randy explained what his crew would do, he answered questions easily and honestly, he talked about the materials that would be used and why he?d settled on them, he offered three materials from which to choose for the gutter guards and, when asked, talked about which he?d used and for how long, what we could expect from each and which seemed to be preferred by prior customers but stressed that the choice was ours. And all of this within a half-hour! After he measured the house, he broke the estimate into three parts: soffit, gutter guards on the house, gutter guards on the garage. That way, we knew what each contributed to the total estimate and, if we chose, could select all or parts of the job. He told us when the job would be scheduled but indicated that if there were changes in his scheduling and the job could be done sooner, he?d give us a two day warning of the change. As it was, the job was scheduled and completed four weeks before the stated date. The crew was experienced, professional, talented and efficient. Phil, who did most of the installation, was amenable and answered our questions in a way that informed. We greatly appreciated that he added some hooks after the soffit was done and sealed three problem areas of the gutter prior to installing the leaf guards. Clean up was complete each day and after the job was done. Two weeks after the job was completed, Randy came by to inspect the work and it was then that we paid him the full amount for the work that was done. Would we recommend this firm to friends and family? We already have! They have our unqualified endorsement.

Randy had met with us to discuss the types of siding he provides giving us options with what we would like on the house. We set a date and time for the work to be done and completed. His team was able to come out to the house early then the date and time that was originally set which worked out quite well. The two man team that was assigned to us worked all day until the house was completed. They helped us save the awning inside of purchasing a new one. Everyone that we worked with were very professional and patient.

Professional and punctual. Cleaned up their mess. Gave a honest estimate of when they might be able to do the work and ended up being able to complete the job ahead of schedule. Overall they did a very good job however I think if they would have done a close inspection before leaving they would have noticed the joints that needed caulking. We did call them back and pointed out the missed areas and they responded very promptly. Overall a very pleasant and positive experience with Superior Siding. the cost of the job seemed to be very reasonable in comparison to having the areas painted.

Randy Eldien, the owner of Superior Siding & Windows personally came to our home, inspected the exterior siding and gutters, and gave us a very fair quote for the cost of the project. Randy was professional, extremely easy to work with and not at all like a high pressure sales person. The workers on the project, Dan & Brian, were out there every day possible, other than rain days, and worked from early morning till late afternoon. They were very personable and very easy to work with. They actually took longer to complete the job than was anticipated, due to the fact that they were extremely particular on making sure that all the work was done exactly the right way. They are true "craftsmen" and professionals. Randy, the owner of Superior, was on the site on a regular basis to make sure the work was being done right, which made us feel very confident about the final outcome. Dan & Brian cleaned up the whole work site after each day, especially when they were ripping off the old fiber cement siding. None of our bushes, grass or home were damaged at all during that process. We are extremely happy with all aspects of the work that was performed and all of our neighbors are raving as to how terrific our home now appears. We would highly recommend Superior Siding to anyone interested in that type of work. Superior also installs windows and does roofing projects, and I would have to bet that those types of projects would get the same A+ treatment that we got.

Job went well. The estimated start time for the job was fairly accurate. main delay was weather related. The crew who did the job were professional and courteous and knew what they were doing. Although this was one of the higher quotes we received, the extra $ was worth it.

They did a great job and their price was low. They were very professional, clean and organized. The employees, obviously, knew what they were doing and they cleaned up well after they left. The job was completed on time, exactly as they said it would be. This was the third time we have used this company and they also do roofing.

They dropped the stuff off and then measured and then they came back. There was not some delay. When they came, they did everything in one day and they were great. The owner came by and we asked him if he could change something and he did. He's excellent. They handled it good. The price was great. He came when he said he would.

The project went very well. Randy's team of professionalism is reflected in the excellent outcome of the project. I also liked the way they cleaned up completely everyday. I will definitely hire Superior Siding for future projects.

Very happy with results. Randy responded to my initial call right away and came out to give an estimate in a timely manner. He gave a nice timeline to when the work would be done and stuck to it and in fact the work was done even earlier than estimated. They cleaned up nicely after the work was done. The garage siding matches the existing house siding very well. Overall, I am very happy with their work and would definitely use this company again.

We got several names of contractors from Angie's list. Randy came to the house and spent a good deal of time explaining our options. He brought samples along, and was well organized. We felt that his quote was the best of several others. The work was done on time, the quality was excellent and we were impressed by the work crews who came to do the windows, and later the siding. We'd been putting off repairs to our older home for several years. Now it really looks nice, and Superior made it really easy to get through.

It went very well over-all. They were professional, and cleaned all up very well. We were satisfied.

We contacted Randy for the estimate last fall, he was professional and knowledgable. He was very informative and helped guide us through the process. I really felt that he cared about our happiness with the end result.The roofing crew came out first. Jim and his crew were wonderful!! They did great work, took their time and were very respectful of my family. We were home the whole time and never had any concerns or complaints. Jim is so personable and seemed really excited about our homes transformation. The siding crew came out next to hang siding and cover our existing soffit and fascia with aluminum. Dan and Brian were absolutely fabulous!! They were very personable, professional and easy to work with. Every single thing hey touched looks great. My husband and I are particular people and we could not find any fault with their work at all. Every cut, corner and seam is perfect. They really took their time and did the job the right way. Randy had promised that there would never be two pieces of siding where one could go and that is definitely what we got. Overall this experience was the best by far that I have ever had with contractors working at my house. I would highly recommend Randy and the crews that he uses. Our home looks amazing and it never caused us one single headache.

Very well. The crew was on time, did their work, wrapped up, and was finished by 9. I noticed the workers didn't spend a lot of times on their phones and making personal calls.

I had an excellent experience! Everything from their work, to their price, to their professionalism was outstanding. My house looks beautiful. They really went above and beyond by cleaning up after a mess left by another company, and I was very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!

We contacted Randy / Owner through Angie's List. He responded quickly and with ideas for the project that were far better than what we were thinking. Randy promised to get the job done in three days and did it in less time. He also explained what they were going to do and why. Other quotes allowed for at least one week. His workers were skilled, friendly, and worked well with us. Each night, the work site was clean. When the job was done, everything was clean and debris was hauled away. His price was 33% higher than the quote we were favoring. The quality of the job made it worth the money. We would use him again and recommend him.

Randy spent time answering all my questions, and provided some interesting options to the project I hadn't thought of. He followed up regularly, and was very easy to communicate with.
