awesome, very professional cleaned up everyday, never took a break other than lunch. Cant say enough about the quality of installation. they did my neighbors 10 years ago. and it still looks new. Everyone who sees mine can't believe its the same house. Thanks Randy

Superior Siding & Windows did a really nice job starting with the quoting process and addressing our needs. I worked with Randy and he was very knowledgeable about siding, and was able to identify the areas that needed work and areas he felt were still in good shape; in other words he gave it to us straight. They normally handle residential projects but have had experience with restaurants in the past, and they did a great job with the soffit and fascia. The color was a perfect match with what we previously had. We have some minor rework needing to be done after the crew initially finished. We called Randy and he is sending a crew out to fix it. They promise complete customer satisfaction and are true to their word. Overall, great experience. Come out to Wong’s Wok on Appleton Ave. to see their work!

They did an excellent job. Very easy to work with and did it exactly when they promised to do to do it. They completed the work within 2 weeks.

Randy did a great job reviewing with my wife and I all the possible siding options. Some areas that had water damage from poor installation of the original siding also needed repair. Randy’s staff of Scott and his team did an exceptional job of not only installing the Tyvek housewrap and siding we requested, but also working around the rainy weather and minimizing how much of the house was exposed at any one time. They also did a great job of removing some old, half-height crumbling brick on the front of the house that we wanted eliminated. In addition, we purchased all new exterior lights and they installed these perfectly as well. The price was very competitive and we have had nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend Superior Siding & Windows!

Randy was very easy to work with. He responds to calls and texts quickly, and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the different siding options. Randy was very patient in answering all of our questions and helping us to determine the best siding option for our home. The work crew was always prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job.

We looked at various siding options and colors with the company. Based on research and recommendations we selected the siding and the siding and colors, including covering the soffits and fascia. With the work now completed, we are very happy with the look of the home. The work was completed earlier than anticipated and we were very satisfied with the results. The crew's workmanship was done well and resolved issues that they encountered, including a some corrections that the original siding did incorrectly. They addressed questions and concerns I had and worked with me regarding unplanned items, like how to work around the existing, aged outdoor water spiggots. In addition, we received positive feedback from neighbors who mentioned that the crew cleaned up after themselves and acted professionally throughout the work.

Initial visit and quoting went very well. Randy took the time to understand what we envisioned, our budget and installation expectations, then offed 3 options and excellent suggestions. When the project started, the crew was always courteous, on time and very efficient. Weather conditions required the crew to adjust staffing, staging and progress expectations. There was a crew on site every day working to be as productive as possible.

The whole process was great. Randy came to our house and showed us several options, but there was never pressure to pick one over another. We had a claim from our insurance company, and Randy worked with that to get us everything we needed without any difficulties. During the installation process, the team was professional and clean. The total time of the job went quickly, and almost a year later, everything still looks brand new.

`Randy was competitive and efficient in preparing the bid for the job. He also accommodated my request for a delay in scheduling due to a garden event. Several teams of workers were professional and efficient and completed the job in a shorter time than originally projected. Neighbors had commented how nice the job looked and I would agree. I did find after the job a few scrapes of aluminum cuttings in my garden bed but I would comment that a major thunderstorm occurred as they just finished the job.

The job started ahead of schedule. Crew that came out was professional and very responsive. The quality of the work was outstanding. Randy came out a few times to inspect and check in with us. Pricing was great too, compared to other high pressure sales tactics, Randy was pleasant and did not apply any pressure.

Very well; the workers showed up on time, were friendly, explained each step of their work, and didn't leave a mess to be cleaned up.

Workers were on time each day. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything and consulted us on some unforeseen repairs. They provided exceptional service and their workmanship was excellent. We were completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Got 5 different quotes and decided to go with Randy because of professionalism and pricing. While not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), felt work his quote was more comprehensive than some others. Was a big job to remove a large screen porch and greenhouse with 1/2 brick wall but was done efficiently and cleanly. Considering lots of glass (from greenhouse) needed to be removed, minimal glass left anywhere. Minor issues were resolved quickly, crew was personable and worked diligently.

Everything about the experience was exceptional. Randy was very professional when presenting his products and punctual returning all calls. Their pricing was very good and he sells a quality product. Their crews showed up on time and completed work within specified times--even coming on Saturday and working days in extreme heat. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. I met with Randy Eldien to discuss what I wanted done. He went through the various qualities of siding and colors available. I was very impressed with his knowledge and felt no pressure to sign a contract. However, after conversing with him for a period of time, I felt that this was the right company. The crew arrived on the date and time stated. They were always on time and took off only when the weather was below 20 degrees and windy. I was here on all the days that they worked and was very impressed with the skills and talents of the crew. Scott was the foreman and was fantastic. I can recommend Superior Siding and Windows, Inc. without reservations.

I cannot say enough good things about Superior Siding and Windows, and Randy. We contacted several companies and were becoming frustrated with the "salesmen". After meeting with Randy, we knew we wanted to go with his company. He was willing to work with us, and his team even built a new garage window for us, to match the rest of the soffit and fascia. We plan on using Superior again, for the replacement of our french doors. I absolutely recommend this company!

Met with Randy who gave me the estimate and he suggested using two types of materials to enhance the overall look of the house. Wes and crew arrived on time and and I was impressed with how they worked as a team. The crew was professional, did excellent work, and were a pleasure to work with. The whole job took about a week and they cleaned up every day. Wes replaced door bells, motion light and porch lights. Treated the house as if it was his own. Neighbors and friends were quite impressed with the outcome. I was told it was the best looking house on the block by one of the neighbors.

They showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up everything so there were no leftover nails in the driveway or my lawn. They also installed new outdoor light fixtures, mailbox and house numbers. Only reason for the B is because a couple of my screens got torn during the process. HOWEVER, they took the frame down and replaced the screen and they were back in my windows in less than an hour. Now that the house looks so nice, I'm going to have them replace my storm door.

Randy was here to do an estimate within a few days of our first contact. The materials and dumpster were delivered quickly and work began earlier than first anticipated. The foreman, Wes, was very professional and helpful, taking time to explain what they were doing and making sure we were satisfied and that all of our questions were answered. They went above and beyond in the quality of the work. All the work was finished quickly with only half of a day lost to rain. We are exceptionally pleased with all of the work that was performed and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Randy responded to my initial inquiry for service, asked for contact info, street address, etc. Provided the information and after that he wrote me on 5/15/2015 to let me know he would be out the following week to give me a quote. From here he never scheduled a time, stopped responding to my emails, and never provided me with a reason for the lack of response. I cannot comment on his work. I chose to contact him based on reviews and the rating on this site. My review is based entirely on his lack or response which I find to be completely unprofessional. I would rather have gotten a call to say that he wasn't interested in the job instead of just ignoring me.
