Description of Work: Tore off old siding. Replaced siding, soffits, facia, and several windows. Crew did a very nice job. Wes explained installation when asked specific questions. Work was done within the contract time frame. The site was cleaned up everyday. When the job was finished, I had several minor concerns. Randy promised they would be addressed. Wes came back a day earlier than promised and completed the repairs to my satisfaction. I would hire Superior again. |

Description of Work: They pulled all the old siding off the house and garage which is not attached, and replaced it with new siding. They also put in a service door in the garage and replaced 2 windows. They replaced the motion lights and mailbox. This was the best experience I've had with a contractor. They were here when they said they would be and the clean up they provided was exceptional!! They also worked solely on our job until it was completed.

Their work was very fast and it looks great. Very few seams can be seen. They cleaned up after every day and put the old aluminum siding in a neat pile to be donated to cub scouts.

HE EXPLAINED THE WORK HIS COMPANY DOES, HOW LONG HE HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS, HOW HE GOT STARTED IN ROOFING AND THE CREW HE HAS DOING JUST ROOFS FOR HIM YEAR ROUND. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THE JOB IN DETAIL AND ALL COSTS KNOWN UP FRONT, SHOWED ME SAMPLES HE HAD AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. HE WAS REASONABLY PRICED, SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ONES I HAD RECEIVED AND ASSURED ME HIS CREW WOULD STAY ON THE JOB UNTIL FINISHED. THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE DONE, CLEANED UP EVERY DAY AND FINISHED UP IN TWO WEEKS WITH SEVERAL RAIN DELAYS. I WOULD RECOMMENDED SUPERIOR TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW ROOF.
