+ -1 moreThere were some parts missing from the box he gave me. I had to make two trips back to the shop and I wasn't able to get anywhere with them. I paid $130 for a complete kit and didn't get all the parts. Mr. O'Neil never spoke with my wife and I the two times we were at the store. The should be responsible for selling an incomplete part they purchased from somebody else that was missing pieces instead of putting the blame on me.
Description of Work: I purchased parts from them, a thermostat control for your gas range.
