Over the past ten years since, I've turned to Chris and Summit to handle various small issues that have needed attention. Most recently I had an issue with 1 of the Marvin Architectural series window sashes that were installed during that restoration. The exterior pane had shattered. I called Chris and he came over and came up with a solution to quickly and cleanly address a temporary replacement. Over the next several days Chris was able to identify the window sash product number and get an order replacement from Marvin. When the sash was shipped, Chris picked it up, had the interior wood stained and then he came back and reinstalled the new sash. Unfortunely the window was out of warranty so the replacement cost was mine to cover, however the point is, it has been fabulous to have a contractor that I know I can wholly trust, to take care of any issues and concerns(that can and do come up during any remodel project) and know its being handled accurately, in a reasonable time frame for a fair price.
