The manager and staff were exceptionally accommodating. The response to the floor mat issue was unexpected and demonstrated their commitment to quality customer service. The installation was very well done and the follow-up was done without me feeling I was a nuisance or bother.
Description of Work: I had a problem with the Alpine radio in my 1982 BMW 320i and took it to Stereo Doctor's to determine the problem. The radio had to be replaced and given only a couple of models were compatible, I bought one online but took back to Stereo Doctor's for installation. They suggested upgrading the speakers---the 1982 originals were still in the car---and I agreed. The installation of radio and speakers went well. I had asked for the old speakers to be placed in a box I had brought and put in the trunk for that purpose. One of the workman forgot and put the speakers in the passenger side floorboard where they made a mess. As I was cleaning this up, the manager noted the situation and, as there was a grease spot I couldn't get out, she insisted on having it cleaned at their expense. When I returned to pick-up the floor mat, I had a question about the new speakers. The staff checked them out and demonstrated them to me so I could see they were functioning as expected.
