 + -1 moreTERRIBLE SERVICE BY RUDE PEOPLE!!!
Description of Work: Purchased two rooms of furniture in addition to other items. Sales person promissed delivery to our out of area home for an additional charge. We paid in full but never received confirmation on delivery. After several attempts I received additional promisses from the Store Manager and customer service. Finally, after weeks, they stated they could not deliver as promissed and it still took several days to get a refund. VERY RUDE! We had planned other purchases but will never patronize this company, again. Good advertizing but lousy service.

 + -1 moreThey delivered it on Friday the 16th. We do have a special order and 2 things that are back ordered. They do not have an extra charge for these additional items to be delivered on separate days. We dealt with Dan Laney, the store manager, and he was great.
Description of Work: We went to the store to purchase furniture and we were not sure of the colors to order. They allowed us to take home the color swatch. We ordered our furniture on Monday October 12th.
